SynopsisI always give consideration to the broader property implications of any important decisions that I am about to make. I am presently associated with NATO Support and Procurement Agency, Afghanistan as a Consultant. What I feel really makes me stand out is my ability to identify key issue and then prioritize responses to them. I am dexterous at development of chemical plant, power plant, water treatment plant, residential housing units, military airport construction projects, construction project for military infrastructure. I am an expert at accommodating more employees into less space. With my present employer I am primarily responsible for providing an on-site facilities management as well as a general maintenance and technical service to a number of buildings, hospital and airfield. I am also in charge of obtaining quotes from different contractors for infrastructure and facilities related functions. I am well versed with Polish, English, conversational Russian and basic German.
