    Name: Ms. Pananan Kosinanont

    Year: 2008

Abstract The purposes of this research were to investigate the readiness of Ratchaphruek College toward learning organization and to study the relationship between five principles and the readiness of Ratchaphruek College towards learning organization. The target population was 155 lecturers, 51 officers in Ratchaphruek College. A questionnaire was used as the research tools, by using statistical frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation at 0.01 significant. The results were found that most respondents were female and between 21 30 years old. They were mostly Master degree level and in lecturer position. They were mostly employed more than 3 years. The opinion level of learning organization in Ratchaphruek College was overall at high level and high in every factor. Considering in each factor, most respondents were having an opinion about Personal mastery at the highest level. Mental models, Team learning, Systems thinking, and Shared visions were respectively following.

For the hypothesis test, the results were found that five principles, which were Personal mastery, Mental models, Shared visions, Team learning, and Systems thinking of lecturers and officers of Ratchaphruek College, were having positive relationship with the readiness toward learning organization development at 0.01 significant.
