POULTRY

From the establishment of the Company to the present day poultry has been the core business of the Resource Group of Companies.

Compound feed mills provide broiler farms with the complete pelleted feed in full. Feed formulas are developed by Company’s specialists in strict accordance with the broiler growing plans.

The Company’s own high-producing crosses parent stocks give an opportunity to provide its own hatching houses with the breeding material, and to guarantee the quality of the hatchery eggs.

All the broiler farms are adjusted to a common standard of floor housing. This technology provides almost natural conditions which reduce the risk of stressful situations for the birds.

Production process of the poultry factories as well as at the other production facilities of the Resource Group of Companies is the highest possibly automated.

Storage of the final product is accomplished on the grounds of Company’s own high-tech distribution centers and low-temperature warehouses.

Using of high-end solutions enables us to guarantee the quality and to manage the products variety based on the requests of the consumers.

QUALITY AND SAFETY

To provide the guarantee of high quality and safety of our products is the first priority for the Resource Group of Companies. Innovation engineering solutions and quality management system make it possible to monitor all the stages of the technical process – from the compound feed production to the poultry processing and the delivery of final products to our trading partners.

We do not use any growth-promoting hormones during the process of broiler growing. To cool the poultry meat during processing we use mist cooling which increases shelf life of the chilled food. As a result of shock-freezing our frozen poultry looks good, preserves its texture, nutrition value, and taste.

Our poultry processing plants are certified according to the standards GOST R ISO 22000-2007 and FSSC 22000:2013. Organization of halal production is certified according to the standard Halal-PPT-RMC. Requirements for Production, Manufacture, Processing, Storage and Sale of Halal Products.

CROP FARMING

Resource Group of Companies started its crop farming operating activities in 2011.

Constant observation of global experience in crop farming and implementation of new agro-technical solutions let us successfully complete the tasks of yield index increasing and output yield safekeeping.

Arable land is cultivated with the application of traditional, minimal or ‘No-till’ technology depending on edaphoclimatic conditions.

The satellite-based monitoring gives us an opportunity to control the condition of the crop acreage day-by-day, as well as to predict and plan farming operations.

Yield storage is accomplished in a traditional way at the grain elevators and also by using the technology ‘Silo Bag’, which minimizes costs and reduce the percentage of losses during storage.

Manufacturing and sales of natural sunflower oil is one of the business activities of our Company.

DEVELOPMENT

Constant increase of production capacities and territorial extension of international trade became possible as a result of advanced management and innovative technological solutions, as well as competent use of state support within a framework of sectorial development programs.

Over the time of the Resource Group of Companies has worked several projects were successfully implemented as a part of the investment program – construction and modernization of hatching houses, broiler farms, compound feed mills, poultry factories etc. The volume of poultry meat production in live weight has been increased 20 times. Crop production – 3.5 times.

Today the Resource Group of Companies develops the projects in other areas of the agro-industrial complex. There are sheep raising, vegetable growing and sunflower oil production among them.

Our Company produces unrefined and refined sunflower oil, including bottled oil under the trademark Blagoyar™. Sunflower seeds for the oil-production are grown on the own crop lands. Advantageous climatic parameters, applied technologies and modern equipment let us get high quality products.
