Frequent Met ProblemsProblem1. Failed to import the FMD excel.Note:a. The excel version should be 1997-2003. And the all cell should be with text format.b. No Chinese characters in the document name and excel content.

2. FMD excel import successfully, but not be listed on the web correctly.Note:Need to click the “Import” on the right upper of “Material Declaration” page before uploading theFMD file.

confirmation on link: http://www.chemnet.com/cas/b. Correct CAS but can’t be recognized GDX. Q Point Company needs to update the database.(Send

the request to Q point customer service and add Lenovo focal point to the loop.)

6. Exemptions missingDon’t forget to select exemptions on both RoHS Compliance section and MaterialDeclaration section if there is.
