PROGRAMMA POSTURALESeduta posturale nella quale viene effettuata un’attenta valutazione della postura per il ripristino di carenze o scompensi posturali, con l’utilizzo di movimenti molto dolci e lenti del corpo che vengono accompagnati con allungamenti o rotazioni degli arti, al fine di sciogliere le contratture e le rigidità muscolari dei vari punti critici del corpo, secondo le necessità del cliente. L’esperto potrà inoltre creare con il cliente un eventuale programma di correzione posturale o attività per il ripristino della postura, piccoli e veloci esercizi o movimenti e posizioni da eseguire o assumere del corpo.
