Kako biste osigurali željeni datum i vrijeme tretmana preporuča se prethodna rezervacija prije dolaska.Molimo da se barem 10 minuta prije dogovorenog termina prijavite na recepciji Wellnessa kako biste izbjegli skraćeno trajanje tretmana.

To ensure you get the desired date and time of treatment, it is recommended to book your treatment prior to your arrival.Please arrive to the Wellness reception at least 10 minute prior to your scheduled treatment to avoid the chance of any abbreviation of your treatment duration.

Scheduled treatment needs to be cancelled at least 6 hours in advance, which allows us, depending on availability, to reschedule a new appointment for you. The fee for late cancellation (less than 6 hours prior to the scheduled treatment time) is 100% of the selected treatment.

Molimo da ponesete svoj ogrtač i kupaći kostim ako namjeravate koristiti bazen ili saune.Ovisno o vremenskim uvjetima, korištenje vanjskog bazena i jacuzzia može biti ograničeno u nekim mjesecima van sezone. Za sve dodatne informacije molimo vas da kontaktirate osoblje recepcije.

Please bring your bathrobe and swimsuit if you plan on using the swimming pool or sauna.Depending on weather conditions, the use of the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi can be limited in some periods in low season. For further information please contact the reception staff.

It is not recommended to wear jewelry during time spent in the Wellness&Spa area. The Wellness administration does not accept responsibility for any lost items, theft or damage to money and valuables in the area of wellness.

Pušenje nije dozvoljeno u Wellnessu. Preporučujemo oprez tijekom konzumacije alkohola jer isti može utjecati na Vaš doživljaj Wellness Spa sadržaja te rezultirati odgađanjem ili otkazivanjem usluga.

Smoking is not allowed inside the Wellness&Spa area. We recommend caution during alcohol consumption because it can affect your experience in the Wellness facilities and result in postponement or cancellation of service.

MINIMALNA DOBMINIMUM AGE

Svi gosti, bez obzira na dob, dobrodošli su na Wellness. Gosti mlađi od 16 godina moraju biti u pratnji odrasle osobe tijekom korištenja svih sadržaja Wellnessa.
