It has been a very fast paced month for all of us. The results
of standard 10th
and 12th have been declared. The children of two of our staff
members
have done very well in their respective examinations. We
congratulate them
on their well-earned success.
Navins’ family has grown with the addition of 16 new family
members in May
2012. We have also crossed the 200 mark. This is a great day and
moment for
each one of us. We have planned for the annual Medical
examination for
the employees in the month of June. We are sure all our staff
members will
benefit from the same. The month of June also heralds the
reopening of
schools and colleges for the children of our staff. We wish them
all success in
their new academic year.

Good News!
Navin’s Maris Dale has been certified as a Gold Rated Building
by
Indian Green Building Council (IGBC)!
Navin’s Goes to Trichy! Navin’s signs a Joint Development
Agreement in Trichy on 17th May 2012! It will be a 6.5 Acre
development close to the famous Ranganathar Temple in
Srirangam. It is noteworthy that this is Navin's second
project
signed outside Chennai.
Ms. Jasmine Sheela, Marketing Executive, made her first
booking
in Navin’s Eden Park on 28th May 2012.
R. Sharan S/o of Ms. R. Vijitha secured the 36th State Rank in
the
International Olympiad of Science 2011 conducted by Society
of
Science Education.
Children of Navin’s Staff who gave their board exams have come
out in flying
colours! The following achievements deserve special
mentions:
G. Nandhini Priya – D/o Mr. K.N. Giridharan secured great
results in her 12th Board exams.
M. Rupashree - D/o Mr. Madhavan secured centum in her 10th CBSC
exams! She is a student of Amrita Vidyalaya. She aims to become
a
Software Engineer.
Keshav V. Kumar – S/o Mr. S.S. Vijayakumar secured 9.8 out of 10
in his 10th CBSE exams. He is a student of Chettinad Vidyashram,
R.A. Puram,
Chennai and he aims to get into IIT and pursue Chemical
Engineering.
Maria Sanjna – D/o Ms. Glory Leonard secured 482 out of 500
(96.4%) in her 10th State Board Exams. She is a student of Rosary
Matriculation Girls
High School and she wishes to pursue higher studies in
Aeronautical
Engineering.
K. K. Shankary – D/o Ms. R. Chithra secured great marks in her
10th CBSE Exams. She is a student of Shri B. S. Mootha Girls Senior
Secondary School
and she aspires to become a Chartered Accountant.

make use of the same and make
themselves fit and agile. It is

Today's fast paced life doesn't give enough time even for our
day to day activities, leave alone
extra activities. Especially for women, when it is all about
beating the clock, then how are today's
women going to find time for fitness or wellness?
Well, first of all start making your fitness goals smaller,
don't think you have to walk for an hour, when
you have only 20 minutes in hand – that will make you postpone
your walk to tomorrow, and
tomorrow will be the same or even worse. So if you have 20
minutes you can do some basic
stretches, like Suryanamaskaram (depicted in image below), floor
abs, free squats (image on right),
and wall push ups, all this can be done indoors & in less
than 20 minutes, and can be quite more
beneficial than your walk, but remember to first consult your
physician before starting any exercise
program.
