Where is your confidence?1 God is our refuge and strength,

an ever-present help in trouble.

2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way

and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,

3 though its waters roar and foam

and the mountains quake with their surging.

1 神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量， 是我们在患难中随时都可得到的帮助。 2 因此，地虽然震动，群山虽然崩塌入海洋的深处，我们也不害怕。 3 虽然海浪翻腾澎湃，虽然山岳因波涛汹涌摇动，我们也不害怕。

Where is your confidence?4 There is a river whose streams

make glad the city of God,

the holy place where the Most High dwells.

5 God is within her, she will not fall;

God will help her at break of day.6 Nations are in uproar,

kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth

melts.7 The LORD Almighty is with us;

the God of Jacob is our fortress.

4 有一条河，它众多的支流使　神的城充满快乐；这城就是至高者居住的圣所。 5 　神在城中，城必不动摇；天一亮，　神必帮助它。 6 列邦喧嚷，万国动摇；　神一发声，地就融化。 7 万军之耶和华与我们同在；雅各的　神是我们的保障

Where is your confidence?8 Come and see the works of the

LORD,

the desolations he has brought on the earth.

9 He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth;

he breaks the bow and shatters the spear,

he burns the shields with fire.10 "Be still, and know that I am God;

I will be exalted among the nations,

I will be exalted in the earth." 11 The LORD Almighty is with us;

the God of Jacob is our fortress.

8 你们都来，看耶和华的作为，看他怎样使地荒凉。 9 他使战争止息，直到地极；他把弓折毁，把矛砍断，把战车用火焚烧。 10 你们要住手，要知道我是　神；我要在列国中被尊崇，我要在全地上被尊崇。 11 万军之耶和华与我们同在；雅各的　神是我们的保障。
