• I follow his blog, his podcasts, buy his books, go to his events, go to see him when he comes to London…………….

• I like what he says and how he says it…..he’s outspoken, doesn’t seem to suffer people too much, totally does things his way…..seems beholden to no-one!

• He blogs daily and has a massive social media presence although not on TWITTER!

• He GIVES so much, and I have even emailed him and he replies!!!!

• I buy things that he recommends without a second thought….

• AND………..I don’t think I’ve EVER seen him say ‘BUY THIS’ EVER! But I think I’ve bought nearly every book he’s written plus LOTS of other stuff……

• So…. you need to present yourself & BE an expert at solving a problem and the more niche/thorough/compelling/intruiging/creative/innovative/purple cow your solution, the better!

• Your product needs to get RESULTS…..& solve the PROBLEM!

• If it doesn’t, you won’t get raving fans and if you don’t have raving fans, rooting/selling for you, you will always need to be advertising and prospecting……

• Are you capturing their gratitude and thanks? Video is best but, written praise and pictures are good too….

• Credentializing is also a good strategy….ask respected people also say nice things…..ensure it’s authentic tho!

7 Steps to LEADING!1. Don’t be blah, strive for wonderful/excellent/brilliant……create a work that

expresses your art!

2. Be thorough, base what you do on great education, present a polished product and charge accordingly.

3. People pay people to solve PROBLEMS! Ensure that your product really does solve the problem and display proof of your pudding.

4. People buy from people…….become a tall poppy! Stand out, SHINE! No more hiding, tell the planet about what you do, don’t hold back….’your time here is limited’! Just be real……you will always ‘not be someone’s cup of tea’ so don’t bother to alter yourself. There are people out there who want you just the way you are.

5. Connect consistenly in multiple ways on multiple platforms offering fabulous information, energy and guidance.

6. Develop ‘bounceability’ – because if this was easy, everyone would be doing it….the nature of the beast is that ‘doing something amazing is hard work’ – be prepared for all the ups and all the downs but no matter what keep moving forward. LOVE THE WORK!
