TSL Marine in TianJin, China is SH Group´s trusted supplier and partner for almost 20 years. TSL Marine is specialized in designing and manufacturing of equipment solutions for the marine and offshore industry.
TSL Marine holds all necessary classification requirements both chinese and internationals. SH Group is currently implementing our own qualitysystem according to ISO 9001 into TSL Marine´s working procedures.
TSL Marine, backed up by SH Group, has got all nessecary hardware and software e.g. CAD, 3D and ANSYS plus SH Group has got own Danish engineers on location.
TSL Marine employs 12 people covering Research and development, Engineering, Fabrication and testing and Project execution.

protecting offshore equipment.
Traditional corrosion protection methods are often messy, time consuming, and costly to apply, and require a significant amount of work to be removed before the equipment can be ready to use. SH Group offers a new solution!
Why preserve equipment?
Preservation is the practice of preventative maintenance on equipment and systems primarily against the degradations caused by climate. In the harsh offshore environment, preservation focuses on corrosion and is appropriate for equipment assets that are in storage, in transport, or in use.
An effective preservation protocol can significantly extend the working life of your equipment. Additionally, the technology used by SH Group allows your equipment to be put into service immediately.

We have a highly trained preservation crew for on- and offshore applications that works globally. Their speciality is offshore rig equipment and they can provide preservation services to equipment that is in storage, in use, or being decommissioned for short or long term storage.
In addition to heavy equipment, VpCI® technology is especially suited for preservation and corrosion prevention in electrical installations.
Because it works on a molecular scale it is able to penetrate and protect inaccessible areas typically found in electronic enclosures.

Typically the need for preserving equipment arises in connection with 5-year classifications of equipment where the owner wants to achieve a care-free two-year period after the classification.
Preservation is also relevant when equipment is being supplied from manufacturer to yard, when the rig leaves the yard, or when rigs are taken out of service temporarily.
