廊坊市新明线缆机械工业有限公司是一家以电线电缆机械设备制造设计为专业的生产企业，公司位于环渤海经济圈中心地带，镶嵌在京、津、保三大城市之间的历史古城 -- 文安县史各庄镇，公司西依 106 国道，东望京九铁路，距北京 80 公里，天津 80 公里，便利的交通和优越的周边经济环境为企业提供了巨大的上行空间。

新明线缆机械自 1984 年 8 月创建以来，经过二十多年的发展状大，已拥有雄厚的加工设备和技术力量，成为华北、华东地区电线电缆设备制造业的领头羊。目前，公司拥有员工 200 余人，其中，高级工程师 2 人、工程师 6 人、技术工人 100 余人，企业占地面积 25000 平方米。

新明线缆机械集研发、设计、制造于一体，一面积累多年的生产经验、一面不断吸收国内外同类产品的先进技术，大胆探索，不断创新，开发和研究制出一批适应我国国情的专业产品。主要产品有：高速挤出机 SJ50,SJ70, 高速多功能自动打盘机，SJ30、SJ45、SJ65、SJ90、SJ120、SJ150、SJ200 塑料挤出机全套生产线；成缆机、叉式绞线机、笼式绞线机、框式绞线机、龙门地轨行走式收排放线机、龙门悬挂式收排放线机、A 字型龙门地轨式收排放线机等各种型号设备。

Langfang Xinming Cable Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise on wire and cable machinery design and manufacture. It is located in the heart of Bohai economic circle and a historical city sited in three major cities of Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding, in Shigezhuang Town, Wenan County. The company is by west of 106 State Road, east of Jingjiu Railway and 80 kilometers away from Beijing and Tianjin. Due to the convenient transportation and superior enviroment, the company is developing better and better.

After 20 years development, there are strong equipment and technology in Xinming. It has been the leader in manufacturing wire and cable equipment. Today, the company covers an area of 25,000 square meters, has more than 200 employees, including 2 senior engineers, 6 engineers and more than 100 skilled workers.

Xinming combines R&D, design and manufacture as a whole. The main products is high-speed extrusion machine SJ50, SJ70, .high-speed multi-function automatic coil winding machine, the whole wire extrusion line of SJ30, SJ45, SJ65, SJ90, SJ120, SJ150, SJ200, cable machine, fork stranding machine, planetary stranding machine, rigid frame stranding machine, portal pay-off take-up machine, portal hanging pay-off and take-up machine, "A"-shape pay-off and take-up machine etc.

Within 30 years high speed developing in extruding machines, the company acquired vast experience and strong machining ability, as the leader of the cable machinery. In the recent years, the company focus in heavy products such as laying up machine, rigid frame stranding machine, planetary stranding machine, tubular stranding machine and heavy tonnage pay off and take up machines. Especially the 630mm rigid frame stranding line (Electricity Shaft Type) actuated the company to be the most advanced in China. Xinming brand rigid strander assimilated European and North American technologies and becomes an influential part of the Chinese market, which gains lots of reputation and trust from the customers. In 2011, the model of XM-ZS6000/100T pay off and take up machine sailed through the test, its loading tonnage up to 100 ton, which is the best in China. 　　高速自动排线成圈打扎机是适用于0.5-6mm2电线及小截面电缆的成圈及打扎。该产品生产效率高、排线质量处于同类产品先进水平，与传

高速成圈打扎机各组成部分及特点：

高速自动排线成圈打扎机由蓄线张力放线架、计米装置、快速成圈打扎装置三部分组成，并可选配火化机与测径仪在线检测火

花点与线径大小。

1、蓄线张力放线架：

● 采用蓄线式使放线张力保持稳定。

● 根据不同线材的线径，张力大小可以通过弹簧进行调节。

● 杠杆式刹车，摇臂导轮越向下，放线盘阻力越大，当主机到设定成圈长度快速刹车时，摇臂导轮到最低位置，放线盘

放线阻力最大，放线盘可在1-2秒内刹车而不会乱线。

● 采用手柄式上下盘，可实现轻松快捷更换线盘，放线盘范围可从0-630mm(可选800型)。

2、电子计米装置：

● 计米轮与压轮都采用单向轴承，线材只能前行而不能后退，计米准确。

● 采用电子式计米以提高计米精度。

● 计米轮表面镀瓷，压轮用胶轮，确保线材不受压损。

3、快速成圈打扎主机：

● 自动张力排线装置，排线速度达500转/分钟，由一人操作即可。

● 自动张力排线装置，排线靠线材本身张力，可保证排线节距不受线径大小的影响，使线材排线整齐，排线质量好。

● 自动涨缩快速打扎盘可在2-3秒内完成涨缩与装卸，成圈后的线扎在机台上捆扎并可轻松取下，操作简单方便。

● 自动涨缩快速打扎盘后挡板位置可调动，通过后挡板位置的调整，实现30-100mm成圈打扎高度。

● 采用变频控制软启动与自动刹车技术，开机时避免加速过快把线材拉细。

● 采用电子计米器，用户可根据需要设定成圈长度，并且到自动停机。

● 可选配线径测试仪与火花测试仪。当电线外径超差或表面破皮时能自动报警并及时停机。

Into a circle of high-speed bar-fighting and the various components of the

machine features:High-speed automatic wire-arranging coiler comprises three components, namely, accumulator tension pay-off frame,

meter-counter, and rapid coiling device, and can be matched with the spark tester that testes spark on-line and the diameter

gauge that measures the diameter.

1、Accumulator tension pay-off frame

●Keep wire-arranging tension stable.

●According to the wire diameter, tension can be adjusted by the spring.

●Brake levers: the downer rocker guide sheave, the larger the pay-off drum resistance; when the host is set with the

wire length and rapid brake, rocker guide sheave will be the lowest position and the pay-off drum resistance will reach

the highest and the pay-off drum will stop within 1-2 seconds without disrupting the wires.

●the upper and lower wire coil handle control is quick and easy for coil replacement, pay-off drum ranging from 0-630mm

( 800 model is optional).

2、Electronic meter gauge:

●The meter gauge roller and clamping roller is applied with a one-way bearing which only allow forward movement of

the wire with accuracy of meter gauging.

●Electronic meter gauging can improve the accuracy.

●Ceramic plated meter guide sheave and clamping rubber roller can ensure that the wire is not under pressure loss.

3、Rapid coiler:

●Automatic tension wire-arranging installation: Wire-arranging is up to 500 rev / min, and can be operated by one

person.

●Automatic tension wire-arranging installation: the wire tension in wire-arranging can guarantee that the wire-

arranging space will not be affected by cable diameter and wire-arranging is in order and in better quality;

●Automatic tension rapid coiling drum can complete contraction and disassembly in 2-3 seconds; coils can be bundled

on the platform and easily be taken off, which is simple and convenient.

●The back guide of the automatic tension rapid coiling drum can be adjusted to meet the needs of coiling height

rangingfrom 30 to100mm.

●The use of frequency control soft start-up and automatic braking technology can avoid fine-drawing wires due to

excessive acceleration during boot time.

●The electronic meter enables the user to configure the loop length according to needs until it automatically shuts down.

●Can be matched with the diameter gauge and the spark tester. When the wire diameter is out-of-tolerance or the

surface is broken, alarm will siren automatically and the machine will stop in time.

●Automatic adjustable coil drum can be matched with a dual-spool take-up machine of the extruder which is easy for

coiling.
