Hello!

Thank you for taking a look at my portfolio. I am a student graduated from Beijing Foresty University, and having become an Interior designer in a real estate company in China. Since I have worked for five years in this area, I find myself really fascinated by spaces that transform an experience into something unexpected. So i engaged to step into this area deeper.

I am excited by the subtle intersections of interior design, architecture, graphics, and industrial design. We all can benefit from the unique perspectives these disciplines posess.

As a young designer, I am inspired by the passion within this field. I am excited to continue exploring how to create engaging and meaningful spaces

CONCEPT

"HIM" "HER"

CONCEPT

The project located in downtown of Fuzhou City, on the opposite side there is a famouse temple called XiChan Temple. Standing on the top floor of the sales office you can overview the whole solemn temple, which is a intertesing experience. Since we started to think about the concept of the project, we made the topic is "CONVERSATION"

As the concept we worked out, we want to design the interior area which can get a link with the outside, So we make a reflection about men as the traditional temple while women as the symbol of the modern MIXC. The main color is Champagne gold which we want to show a sense of elegant and precious.

The f lat 2 contains 3 show rooms and another chatting room where customers can have a rest, so we designed this space as an libarary, using shinning mirrors and stainless steels to decorate the shelf.

3 4Oak Bay is a British style community which match the red brick with dark wood, similar with the University of Oxford, which is also our design source. Club is also highlight of the distinguished place. Therefore, in the concept of natural association to the British royal family, we conceived of the club is a multi-purpose basketball court, hot heated pool and gym, so it is positioned as a royal manor. leisure life, bold style and unlimited dynamic movement are three indispensable elements of our design.

LobbyLobby, is undoubtedly the soul of the whole club. First, we lowered the entrance of ceiling, when people enter the lobby, the visual sense is very strong. And in the lobby on both sides has four pillars, we will place eight large horse shaped lamps, which make people feel a high degree of space extension.At the same time, we have done two outlooks on the two floor,so that people can have a solemn sense of the lobby.

Club stairs imagesWhite marble and wood stairs collocation with guimu framed mirrors and chandeliers. The stairs s imply combined two layer spaces together, under the lead of the second f loor piano,guests are brought to full of fragrant tea culture space.

In the pool design, we change the usual overhead lights, but with a column as a lamp holder. On the other hand, it also reduces the influence of moisture on the top. we can use the wooden material to increase the appearance of ceiling.

In addition to the pool, we also set up a water massage pool. Since the unique area of the corner can not only let guests enjoy the water brings pleasure and comfort, and for the guests who can not swim is also a good place to rest. Let's enjoy the club's delicious guests to enjoy and relax.

In the stadium, we covered with different emblems, flags make you feel in a competitive supremacy of the nations. Exceptionally large projection screen added a bright color for stadium atmosphere.

Club Cafe Leisure style royal life, of course, no less than the British afternoon tea. Red tea is full of classical flavor. The color, flavor and taste, exquisite cakes with British culture dishes to collocation, which we echo the "British classical" style.

The Club Fitness AreaFencing is a member of the royal recreational exercise movement, so we put this into the design of the gym. In mechanical gym transparent design also can get a good view of the different scenery on both sides. Outdoor landscape and swimming pool indoor elegant comfortable scenery let exercisers relax on the vision.

When comes to the light, we have to take into account the art i f icial l ight source, in addit ion to the use of natural l ight. At the c lub, we use a d i f ferent co lor temperature to enhance the level of space to match the internal oblique roof structure.

In the design of the club to use the technical means, we will eventually achieve the two functions: noise reduction and energy saving.

Noise reduction:Swimming pool and basketball court in the club accounts for a considerable size. We are going to the swimming pool in surrounded by a corridor landscape design, the aim is to make swimming pool garden visitors visual focus in the corridors, and common indoor constant temperature swimming pool wall ground usually use stone or ordinary emulsioni paint finishes, this caused the strong echo reflection.In this design, we will use a lot of sound-absorbing materials and meticulous construction technology, and builds a noble British noble flavor.

Energy saving:In addition to the effect of local position in the lobby or other important consideration, most of the light source adopts energy-saving fluorescent lighting form, not only reduce the electricity has also extended the lamp life cycle. This will also be an important consideration in lighting design, as far as possible put some compound light source or use some new LED light sources in order to find the decorative effect and balance of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
