Òåõíè÷åñêèå äàííûåÐàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòüÏîäðîáíóþ èíôîðìàöèþ ïî âûáîðó ðàáî÷åé æèäêîñòè èóñëîâèÿì ïðèìåíåíèÿ ìû ïðîñèì âçÿòü èç íàøèõêàòàëîãîâ RD90220 (ìèíåðàëüíîå ìàñëî), RD90221(ýêîëîãè÷íàÿ æèäêîñòü) è RD90223 (ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü HF).

Ðåãóëèðóåìûé ìîòîð A4VG íå ïðåäíàçíà÷åí äëÿ ðàáî-òû íà æèäêîñòÿõ HFA, HFB è HFC. Ïðè èñïîëüçîâàíèèæèäêîñòè HFD èëè ýêîëîãè÷íûõ æèäêîñòåé âîçìîæíûîãðàíè÷åíèÿ òåõíè÷åñêèõ äàííûõ â ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñRD 90221 è RD 90223. Æåëàòåëüíî ñäåëàòü çàïðîñ ñóêàçàíèåì ïðèìåíÿåìîé ðàáî÷åé æèäêîñòè.

Ðàáî÷èé äèàïàçîí âÿçêîñòè

Äëÿ äîñòèæåíèÿ ìàêñèìàëüíîãî ÊÏÄ è ðåñóðñà ìûðåêîìåíäóåì îïòèìàëüíûé äèàïàçîí âÿçêîñòè

νopt = îïòèìàëüíàÿ âÿçêîñòü 16...36 mm2/s

ïðè ðàáî÷åé òåìïåðàòóðå â ïîòîêå (â çàêðûòîì êîíòóðå).

Ïðåäåëüíûå çíà÷åíèÿ âÿçêîñòè

 êðàéíèõ ñëó÷àÿõ äîïóñêàþòñÿ ñëåäóþùèå çíà÷åíèÿ:

νmin = 5 mm2/sêðàòêîâðåìåííî (t < 3 min)ïðè ìàêñ. äîïóñòèìîé òåìïåðàòóðå tmax = +115°C.

Íå äîïóñêàòü ìåñòíîãî ïðåâûøåíèÿ òåìïåðàòóðû ðàáî-÷åé æèäêîñòè, íàïðèìåð, â çîíå ïîäøèïíèêîâ âûøå115°C.

νmax = 1600 mm2/sêðàòêîâðåìåííî (t < 3 min)ïðè õîëîäíîì çàïóñêå (p ≤ 30 bar, n ≤ 1000 min-1,tmin = -40°C).

Ïðè òåìïåðàòóðå îò 25°Ñ äî 40°Ñ. ìîæåò ñëîæèòñÿñèòóàöèÿ, òðåáóþùàÿ äîïîëíèòåëüíûõ ìåð.

Óêàçàíèÿ ïî âûáîðó ðàáî÷åé æèäêîñòè

Ïðàâèëüíûéâûáîððàáî÷åéæèäêîñòè äîëæåíîñíîâûâàòüñÿíà çíàíèè å¸ òåìïåðàòóðû â çàìêíóòîì êîíòóðå, êîòîðàÿçàâèñèò òàêæå îò âíåøíåé òåìïåðàòóðû â ïîòîêå (ïðèçàìêíóòîì êîíòóðå).

Ðàáî÷àÿ æèäêîñòü âûáèðàåòñÿ òàêèì îáðàçîì, ÷òîáû âðàáî÷åì äèàïàçîíå òåìïåðàòóð âÿçêîñòü íàõîäèëàñü âîïòèìàëüíûõ ïðåäåëàõ (νopt.), ñì. çàòåìíåííóþ çîíó íàäèàãðàììå âûáîðà. Ìû ðåêîìåíäóåì, ïî âîçìîæíîñòè,âûáèðàòü æèäêîñòü áîëåå âûñîêîãî êëàññà âÿçêîñòè.

Íàïðèìåð: ïðè íåêîòîðîé âíåøíåé òåìïåðàòóðå ÕÎÑ âêîíòóðå óñòàíîâèëàñü òåìïåðàòóðà 60ÎÑ. Â îïòèìàëüíîìäèàïàçîíå âÿçêîñòè (νopt. çàòåìíåííàÿ çîíà) ìîæåò áûòüâûáðàí êëàññ VG46 èëè VG68. Âûáèðàåì VG68.

Âíèìàíèå: òåìïåðàòóðà ìàñëà â êàíàëå äðåíàæà çàâèñèòîò äàâëåíèÿ è ÷àñòîòû âðàùåíèÿ è, êàê ïðàâèëî,ïðåâûøàåò òåìïåðàòóðó â êîíòóðå. Íè â êîåì ñëó÷àåíåëüçÿ äîïóñêàòü òåìïåðàòóðû ìàñëà âûøå 115ÎÑ.

Åñëè óêàçàíûå ïî óñëîâèÿì ðàáîòû èëè èç-çà ïîâûøåíèÿâíåøíåé òåìïåðàòóðû óêàçàííûå ïðåäåëû òåìïåðàòóðïðåâûøàþòñÿ, ìû ïðîñèì ñäåëàòü çàïðîñ.

Óáåäèòüñÿ, ÷òî êîðïóñ íàñîñà çàïîëíåí ïîëíîñòüþ(âîçäóõ âûïóñòèòü ÷åðåç îòâåðñòèå R1). Âîçäóøíàÿïîëîñòü â çîíå ïîäøèïíèêîâ ïðèâîäèò ê ïîâðåæäåíèþíàñîñà.

Ðåêîìåíäóåòñÿ çàïîëíèòü ëèíèþ âñàñûâàíèÿ.

Íà÷àòü ðàáîòû ïðè íèçêèõ îáîðîòàõ íàñîñà äîçàïîëíåíèÿ ñèñòåìû íàñîñà (êîíòðîëü: ìàñëîâûòåêàåò èç îòâåðñòèÿ G áåç ïóçûðåé, ìàñëî ÷åðåçèçìåðèòåëüíóþ ëèíèþ îòâîäèòü â áàê)

Âûïóñòèòü âîçäóõ èç íàñîñà â ïîëîæåíèè "áëîêóïðàâëåíèÿ ñâåðõó"

Ìèíèìàëüíîå ïîãðóæåíèå òðóá âñàñûâàíèÿ è äðåíàæàâ áàêå: 200 mm (îò ìèíèìàëüíîãî óðîâíÿ ìàñëà)

Ðàáî÷åå ïîëîæåíèå (âàëîì ââåðõ)

Ïîñëå äëèòåëüíîãî âûñòàèâàíèÿ ìàñëî èç êîðïóñàìîæåò âûòå÷ü ÷åðåç êàíàë äðåíàæà (âîçäóõ ïðîíèêàåò÷åðåç óïëîòíåíèå âàëà). Ïîýòîìó ïðè ïîâòîðíîìçàïóñêå ñìàçêà ïîäøèïíèêîâ íåäîñòàòî÷íà. Âûòåêàíèåìàñëà ìîæíî ïðåäîòâðàòèòü óñòàíîâêîé îáðàòíîãîêëàïàíà (äàâëåíèå îòêðûòèÿ 0,5 bar) â êàíàë äðåíàæà.

Ïðè çàïóñêå â ðàáîòó íàñîñ îáÿçàòåëüíî íóæíî çàëèòü÷åðåç îòâåðñòèå äðåíàæà è âûïóñòèòü âîçäóõ ÷åðåçäîïîëíèòåëüíîå îòâåðñòèå R1. Ðåêîìåíäóåòñÿçàïîëíèòü ëèíèþ âñàñûâàíèÿ.

Âíèìàíèå:- ìàêñèìàëüíî äîïóñêàåìàÿ âûñîòàâñàñûâàíèÿ hmax = 800 mm- ìèíèìàëüíî äîïóñòèìîå äàâëåíèåâñàñûâàíèÿ íà ïðèñîåäèíåíèè S(ñì. ñòð. 5)

Óêàçàíèÿ ïî óñòàíîâêå è çàïóñêó â ðàáîòó

Îáùèå òðåáîâàíèÿ

Ïðè çàïóñêå â ðàáîòó è â õîäå ýêñïëóàòàöèè êîðïóñ íàñîñà äîëæåí áûòü çàïîëíåí ìàñëîì (íåîáõîäèìî çàëèâàòü).

Çàïóñêàòü â ðàáîòó íóæíî ñ ìàëûìè îáîðîòàìè è ïðè íèçêîì äàâëåíèè äî ïîëíîãî óäàëåíèÿ âîçäóõà.

Ïðè äëèòåëüíîì âûñòàèâàíèè ìàñëî èç êîðïóñà ìîæåò âûòåêàòü ïî òðóáîïðîâîäàì. Ïðè ïîâòîðíîì çàïóñêåíåîáõîäèìî îáåñïå÷èòü çàïîëíåíèå êîðïóñà.

Äðåíàæíûé ïîòîê äîëæåí îòâîäèòüñÿ îò íàèáîëåå âûñîêî ðàñïîëîæåííîãî ïðèñîåäèíåíèÿ íà êîðïóñå. Íåäîïóñêàåòñÿ äàâëåíèå âñàñûâàíèÿ íèæå ìèíèìàëüíîãî 0,8 bar absolut (ïðè õîëîäíîì çàïóñêå 0,5 bar absolut).

Ðàáî÷åå ïîëîæåíèå

Ëþáîå. Äëÿ NG 71...250 ïîëîæåíèå "âàëîì ââåðõ" îãîâàðèâàéòå, ïîæàëóéñòà, ïðè çàêàçå (íàñîñ áóäåò ïîñòàâëåí ñäîïîëíèòåëüíûì îòâåðñòèåì äëÿ óäàëåíèÿ âîçäóõà R1 â ðàéîíå ôëàíöà).
