Depth CheckChecked the depth of the osteotomy usingthe Depth Gauge and a 9mm Stopper, sinus floor penetration was confirmed.
New Bone CarrierAssembled the new bone carrier system tobe used with the bone condenser.

Delivering graft materialBone grafting material was loaded on the bonecarrier head and then securely inserted into theostemotoy. Using the bone consdenser, thegrafting material was delivered into the sinuscavity.
Grafting completeProper volume of grafting material has beendelivered to the sinuse cavity.
Implant placementAn ETIII Ø4.5 x 10mm fixture was placedsuccessfully with good initial stability.
ClosureA Ø5.0 healing abutment was connectedand the surrounding gingiva was sutured
