3. Conclusions
Anthraquinone derivatives show a modulation of their deprotonation and coordination process abilities as a function of the chemical group attached.
Distinctive chromo-fluorogenic behaviours in the presence of acetonitrile solutions are observed with anions.
The F-, which is a very basic anion, induce a deprotonation process, whereas the AcO- and H2PO4
-
display a poorer ability.
