Case Studies (2/2)
2006 : Launch of the Ethical Sourcing Plan (ESP), including a systematic assessment of suppliers’ CSR performance trough a self-assessment questionnaire managed internally.
2012 : SocGen decides to outsource the assessment of 2000 highly important suppliers to EcoVadis.
Key Success Factor : (i) clear communication to all suppliers, (ii) strong integration into the procurement process : CSR represents 3% to 15% of the RFP evaluation weight.
2010 : RENAULT and NISSAN signed a CSR charter dedicated to suppliers presented in Japan during a symposium gathering of 900 supplier 2011 : Co-development with EcoVadis of an CSR rating platform combining EcoVadis assessments, and site audits by Renault Quality auditors with monthly data integration with 7 Renault Procurement databases 2012 : Roll out of EcoVadis assessments on all Production and Non-Production suppliers (5000 Groups)
