Il punto luce Feel, sia nei modelli Decoro che Minimal, può essere abbinato con comandi inox, tecnopolimero bianco, tecnopolimero nero, a 1 o 2 relè rispecchiando le esigenze abitative e lo stile personale. I comandi possono essere personalizzati con icone e scritte incise a laser per connotare la funzione del punto luce (vedi pag. 41).

Feel light switches, in the Decoro and Minimal models, can be used with commands in stainless steel, white technopolymer, black technopolymer with 1 or 2 relays, according to your living requirements and personal style. Commands can be personalized with laser-engraving icons and text to characterise the function of the lighting point (see page 41).

(quali, ad esempio, la mancata regolarità dei rifornimenti delle materie prime impiegate nel processo produttivo), i relativi termini di consegna saranno automaticamente prorogati per un lasso di tempo corrispondente al periodo di impedimento della consegna.4) I prezzi della merce sono quelli risultanti dai cataloghi-listini di vendita e potranno subire variazioni durante l’efficacia di detti cataloghi-listini. Una volta perfezionatosi il con-tratto nelle forme di cui all’art.2, il prezzo di vendita diverrà non piu’ modificabile, salvo il diritto della FEEL S.r.l. di recedere dal contratto qualora sopravvenuti e non prevedibile aumenti del costo di produzione dei beni, segnatamente per incremento del costo delle materie prime, abbiano sensibilmente inciso sull’equilibrio negoziale. 5) La spedizione della merce avverrà, salvo diverso accordo da redigersi per iscritto, ad integrali spese e rischio del committente, dato che la merce viaggia per conto del com-mittente ed a suo totale rischio. L’acquirente non potrà eccepire la possibilità di usufruire di prezzi o mezzi di trasporto piu’ economici rispetto a quelli utilizzati e/o predisposti dalla FEEL S.r.l.6) La parte acquirente si obbliga a verificare la conformità quantitativa e l’integrità dei colli inviati in contraddittorio con il vettore o con lo spedizioniere. Eventuali contestazioni per differenze quantitative o per colli danneggiati dovranno essere comunicati per iscritto alla FEEL S.r.l. nel termine di 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce. L’acquirente sarà egualmente onerato di denunziare, sempre per iscritto alla FEEL S.r.l. eventuali vizi e/o difformità inerenti la merce compravenduta nel termine di 8 giorni dalla scoperta del vizio, termine coincidente con la consegna della merce per l’ipotesi di vizio manifesto e/o visibile o facilmente accertabile. Non sono ammesse restituzioni di prodotti che non sono preventivamente e specificatamente autorizzate dalla Direzione Commerciale di Castelbellino (AN) della FEEL S.r.l. I resi, accompagnati dal relativo codice di autorizzazione, dovranno pervenire ai magazzini della FEEL S.r.l. in porto franco, in imballi perfettamente integri ed originali. In esito alla positiva verifica quantitativa e qualificativa dei resi, i prodotti restituiti saranno accreditati al prezzo d’acquisto, dedotta l’aliquota 10% per le spese di controllo e la ‘ripresa’ della merce. Ove l’acquirente della merce sia un consu-matore, si applicherà la disciplina prevista dalle norme codicistiche del settore di pertinenza.7) I pagamenti dei prodotti venduti dovranno essere effettuati a FEEL S.r.l. nel termine e per l’importo indicato in fattura. Il committente non potrà sollevare contestazioni di sorta prima di aver regolarmente corrisposto il prezzo. Nell’ipotesi di ritardo nel pagamento della fornitura, il committente sarà tenuto alla corresponsione degli interessi nella misura prevista dall’art.5 del D. Leg.vo 9 ottobre 2002 n.231.La FEEL S.r.l. potrà sospendere l’esecuzione di ogni fornitura o parte della medesima, qualora il committente si sia reso già inadempiente agli obblighi del versamento del prezzo o siano mutate le condizioni economico-patrimoniali del committente in senso sfavorevole e tale da far ragionevolmente temere la non regolare esecuzione dei pagamenti.8) I prodotti dovranno essere installati e/o usati nel rispetto delle loro caratteristiche tecniche e delle istruzioni impartite dalla FEEL S.r.l. ed, inoltre, dovranno essere installate e/o usati con l’osservanza delle disposizioni di sicurezza e con le disposizioni, della cui esplicita conoscenza si onera la parte acquirente, regolanti l’installazione e/o l’uso del materiale elettrico in vigore nel paese dove i prodotti sono installati e/o usati. A tale fine la parte acquirente solleva espressamente la FEEL S:r.l. da qualsivoglia responsabilità in ordine agli usi impropri, alla mancata osservanza delle norme di sicurezza, delle specifiche tecniche e delle istruzioni per l’uso. I prodotti non rispondenti alle norme e/o alle specifiche tecniche in vigore nell’Unione Europea saranno forniti solo alla parte acquirente che specifiche nell’ordine che il paese di destinazione non appartiene all’Unione Europea e dichiari di aver esperito tutti i controlli sulla compatibilità degli standard di sicurezza in vigore nel paese extra U.E. cui sono destinati, assumendosi alla parte acquirente ogni responsabilità al riguardo.9) Ai sensi dell’art. 10 della legge 675/96 la parte acquirente è informata che i dati personali a lei attinenti vengono inseriti nella banca dati della FEEL S.r.l., essendo ciò neces-sario per il corretto svolgimento del rapporto contrattuale e per l’adempimento di alcune disposizioni di legge, oltre che per finalità di tipo statistico, commerciale, marketing, promozionali, di tutela del credito, di gestione e cessione del medesimo. I dati personali della parte acquirente sono trattati attraverso strumenti automatizzati e cartacei da soggetti autorizzati, con l’impiego di misure di sicurezza atte a garantirne la riservatezza. I dati personali della parte acquirente possono essere comunicati ad Enti pubblici, a Società del gruppo, società di recupero crediti ovvero società, consorzi, o associazioni aventi finalità commerciali, di ricerca di mercato, di marketing. Il titolare del trattamento è FEEL S.r.l., cui la parte acquirente può rivolgersi per esercitare i diritti di cui all’articolo 13 della legge sopra citata. A tal fine la parte acquirente è informata che in qualsiasi momento può avere accesso ai propri dati personali richiedendone l’aggiornamento, la rettifica ovvero la cancellazione e/o opporsi al loro trattamento.10) I rapporti negoziali di cui alle presenti condizioni generali di vendita ed ogni connesso obbligo o responsabilità anche prenegoziali derivante dalle trattative e/o dalle perfe-zionate intese tra le parti saranno regolati, in ogni loro aspetto, dalla legge italiana e sottoposti alla giurisdizione italiana. In ordine alla competenza dell’autorità giudiziaria ed alla sua localizzazione territoriale, si prevede che per ogni controversia sarà esclusivamente competente il Foro di Ancona, ovvero il Tribunale di Ancona-Sezione Distaccata di Jesi o il Giudice di Pace di Jesi secondo il valore della relativa controversia.

1) Sales contract derived from every single final order belongs to the following sales condition.2) Purchase order is irrevocable for the proposer and it will be finalized only after the acceptation from FEEL S.r.l. when contract is settled, obligations are compulsory for buyer. Exept for an express consent by FEEL S.r.l. and under the conditions – related request for compensation and /or refund – that FEEL will specify together with the manifestation of consent for the cancellation of the contract itself.3) Delivery conditions are always indicated in working days and have to be considered as an indication, exept when the purchaser, in a written form, asks the respect for a delivery date, to be notified as essential, and FEEL S.r.l. will accept that proposal. In the case the order will be not immediately executed, that is delayed due to circumstances beyond FEEL or chance event, or due to circumstances out of FEEL responsibility (e.g. not regular delivery of row materials), automatically delivery date will be postponed for the same delay time.4) Prices in use are the indicated in the price list book. Prices could be changed when the price list book is already in force. Once the contract has been settled according the above art. n. 2 prices can not be changed anymore. Except for the following situation: when any production cost increases unexpectedly, as a consequence of a row material increase that affects the balance of negotiation, FEEL has right to back out of a contract.5) Unless otherwise stated in a written form, the commitment is responsible for the whole cost and risks of shipment of goods. Buyer can not object the possibility to benefit from cheaper prices and means of transport than the ones in use by FEEL S.r.l.6) Buyer as the right to check quality and integrity of goods shipped by carrier or shipping agent. Any claim due to quality difference or damages has to be notified within 8 days from the receiving good. Buyer as the obligation to notify to FEEL S.r.l. any eventual defect and/or difference found in the goods within 8 days from the delivery date for any visible defect or easily to check. Returned goods accompanied by the FEEL authorization code will be accepted only in intact and original packaging. After the check made on quality and quantity of the returned goods, FEEL will provide to sand out a credit note according the sale prices after a rate of 10% have been deducted for checking and giving back goods expenses. When buyer is a consumer too, FEEL will apply the provided laws in force. 7) Payments of goods should be addressed to FEEL S.r.l. according the conditions and amount indicated in the invoice. Customer is not able to address any claim before payment. Whether customer is delayng the payment, interest rate will be added according Italian law art. 5 D. Leg.vo 9 oct. 2002 n.231. FEEL as the right to stop any delivery or a part of it, whenever the customer is already in default of payment or his economic-property conditions are turning in a negative way that could cause a not regular payment.8) Products have to be installed and/or use in the respect of their technical characteristics and instructions given by FEEL S.r.l. Further products have to be instalied and used according safety dispositions and dispositions for installation and use of electrical materials in force in the country where products have been installed and used. The customer dues to know the regulations of his country. FEEL S.r.l. will not respond for any improper use made by the customer who doesn’t respect safety rules, technical specifications and instructions. Products which do not respect European Union regulations and technical specifications will be delivered only when an extra-EU customer will declare, under his own responsibility, to have made all the checks for safety standard compatibility in force in his own country. FEEL S.r.l. declines all responsibility the matter.9) According to the art. 10, Italian law 675/96, customer personal data will be inserted into FEEL database. This is necessary for the good procedure of the contract. Further it is necessary for any legal disposition, statistic, sale, marketing, promotion, credit safeguard, credit management and for assignment of a claim. Personal data of each customer will be treated by an internal system and on paper documents only by authorized people and according the respect of privacy. Customer personal data ca be given to public authorities, companies of the group, debt collection companies, sales, marketing and marketing survey companies/associations. FEEL is responsible for customer data treatment. Customer has the right to addresses to FEEL and axercises its own rights according art. 13 of the above cited law. Customer can have access to his own personal data whenever he likes, requiring any update, change or the cancellation and/or he can oppose to their treatment.10) Any contractual relationship referring to the above sales conditions and every related obligation and responsibility, even a pre-contractual one, coming out from negotiations and/or from agreements will be ruled by the Italian law and is jurisdiction. Any dispute will be submitted to the Legal court of Ancona in particular: “Tribunale di Ancona – Se-zione distaccata di Jesi” or to “Giudice di Pace di Jesi” according the value of the related dispute.
