工作流程高压悬辊磨粉机生产线主要由颚式破碎机、斗式提升机、料仓、振动给

料机、磨粉机主机、风机、集粉器、布袋除尘器等部分组成。机器工作时，

大块物料由颚式破碎机破碎至适合进入磨粉机的粒度，通过斗式提升机送至

料仓，料仓底部的振动给料机均匀地将物料送进磨粉机主机内进行研磨，物

料经过研磨后，符合粒度要求的细粉随气流经分析机进入集粉器，通过集粉

器下部的卸料阀排出即为成品；不符合粒度要求的粗粉被返回研磨室重新研

磨。

This production line features compact structure, less premise, easy installation, simple operation etc.

High-Pressure Suspension Mill Production Line is mainly consisted of jaw crusher ,bucket elevator, hopper, vibrating feeder ,grinder , air blower ,powder collector, dust catcher. When it works, big materials are crushed by jaw crusher, then the materials are sent into the hopper by bucket elevator, and then fed into the mill evenly by the vibrating feeder at the bottom of the hopper. After being grind, qualified fine powders are brought into the powder collector by the air, and then discharged through the discharging valve at the bottom of the powder collector. Unqualified materials are turned back to the mill to be regrind.
