Da un’esperienza trentennale,

nel 1997 nasce come azienda la

MANARA srl, progettando e co-

struendo caldaie medio piccole. In

breve tempo si afferma sul merca-

to per affi dabilità e qualità. Oggi,

oltre ad una estesa gamma dei suoi

prodotti, non solo come caldaie, si

occupa di vapore, progettazione e

realizzazione di soluzioni speciali

nel settore tessile e lavanderie, ali-

mentare e agro-industriale.

Based on a thirty-year experi-

ence, in 1997 MANARA srl was

facture medium-small size boilers.

De una experiencia de tres déca-

das, en 1997 nace como empresa

MANARA Srl, diseñando y cons-

truyendo calderas de tamaño me-

dio-pequeño. En poco tiempo se

afi rma en el mercado por fi abilidad

y calidad. Actualmente, además de

una extensa gama de productos,

no sólo calderas, se ocupa de va-

por, proyectación y realización de

soluciones especiales en el sector

textil y de lavanderia, alimentario y

agroindustrial.

Forte de 30 ans d’expérience,

MANARA srl est née, en 1997,

comme société de conception

et de production de petites et

moyennes chaudières. La société

s’est affi rmée rapidement sur le

marché pour la fi abilité et la qua-

lité de ses produits. Aujourd’hui,

outre à sa vaste gamme de chau-

dières, elle s’occupe également de

vapeur, de conception et de réali-

sation de solutions spéciales dans

le secteur textile et blanchisserie,

alimentaire et agro-industriel.

Basierend auf der dreißigjährigen

Heizkesseln gegründet. In kurzer

GENERATORE DI VAPORE A CONDENSAZIONEa fondo bagnato ad inversione di fi amma la serie TFRE è carat-terizzata da una produzione di vapore 200÷800 kg/h pressione di bollo 5÷11,77 bar, potenzialità resa 120.000÷480.000 kcal/h, esente da conduttore patentato, a tubi di fumo orizzontali, marchiatura CE. Portellone anteriore ad intercapedine com-pletamente ispezionabile a ricircolo d’acqua del generatore. Tre giri di fumo (il primo ed il secondo nel focolare, il terzo nei tubi) per aumentare il rendimento. Il fasciame di grande diame-tro è munito di portine di ispezione, all’interno della carena-tura è installato un preriscaldatore in acciaio inox collaudato a bar 20, a fascio tubiero verticale con passaggio a labirinto con scambio aria - acqua installato in uscita fumi, con in contro-corrente l’acqua di alimentazione innalzando la temperatura di oltre 40°, di conseguenza abbassiamo la temperatura dei fumi a 120°, in questo modo otteniamo un rendimento pari al 95%. Completa di scarico automatico in acciaio inox elettrop-neumatico regolabile a tempo da PLC con funzioni anche in manuale. Garanzia 5 anni per corpo caldaia e 2 per accessori.

L’enveloppe cylindrique de diamètre important est munie de trappes de visite, à l’intérieur du carénage, est installé un préchauffeur en acier inox, testé à 20 bars, à faisceau tubulaire vertical avec passage en chicane et échange d’air-eau installé à la sortie des fumées, avec à con-tre-courant l’eau d’alimentation qui augmente la température de plus de 40°, par conséquent, on baisse la température des fumées à 120° et ainsi on obtient un rendement équivalant à 95%. Équipé d’un système de vidange automatique en acier inox électro-pneumatique réglable en temps par le PLC avec des fonctions également manuelles. Ciò che più contraddistingue questo gene-ratore dalla concorrenza, è un doppio fondo (coperto da brevetto) installato nella parte anteriore ad intercapedine, con circolazione naturale d’acqua, completamente ispezio-nabile, che racchiude la camera di combustione andando così ad aumentare il rendimento poiché la fi amma è total-mente immersa nella parte bagnata. Con questo sistema vi è l’esenzione totale da pigiate refrattarie nella camera di combustione. La costruzione è orizzontale circolare. Ga-ranzia 5 anni sul corpo caldaia e 2 per accessori.

I generatori di vapore della serie COLIBRÍ, esenti dal con-duttore patentato e conformi alla Direttiva Europea PED 97/23/CE, sono generatori di vapore a tubi d’acqua vertica-le a costruzione combinata a ventaglio e ultimo passaggio a tubi di fumo con convogliatore in uscita a costruzione orizzontale, pressurizzati, esente da pigiate refrattarie, per eliminare i costi di manutenzione, le perdite di calore per ir-raggiamento, completamente automatici, coibentati interna-mente e rivestiti esternamente con lamiera in acciaio inox. Il generatore di vapore viene fornito carrellato su ruote, di cui due autobloccanti. All’interno della struttura un serba-toio di alimentazione costruito in acciaio inox. Fornito con bruciatore a gasolio con serbatoio di servizio incorporato. Il raccordo di uscita fumi è ricavato in corrispondenza della parte posteriore del generatore. Garanzia 2 anni.

The COLIBRÍ series steam generators, exempt from li-censed operator and complying with EU directive PED 97/23/EC, comprise an array of vertical water pipes with fan-shaped combined structure and last passage to smoke-pipes with horizontally-built outfeed conveyor. Pressurized, exempt from monolithic lining, to eliminate maintenance costs and irradiation heat loss, completely automatic, in-sulated on the inside and coated with stainless steel plate on the outside. The steam generator is supplied on trolley, with two selfblocking wheels. Inside the structure there is a stainless steel infeed tank. Supplied equipped with gas oil burner with built-in service tank. The smoke outfeed union is in the back side of the generator. 2-year Guarantee.

Les générateurs de vapeur de la série COLIBRÍ, exempts de conducteur breveté et conformes à la directive euro-péenne PED 97/23/CE, sont des générateurs de vapeur à tuyaux d’eau verticale à construction combinée en éventail et dernier passage à tuyaux de fumée avec convoyeur de sortie à construction horizontale. Pressurisés, exempts de pisé réfractaire, afi n d’éliminer les coûts d’entretien et les

pertes de chaleur par rayonnement, entièrement automati-ques, ils sont calorifugé à l’intérieur et revêtus à l’extérieur d’une tôle en acier inox. Le générateur de vapeur est livré monté sur roulettes dont deux autobloquantes. La structu-re contient un réservoir d’alimentation en acier inox. Livré avec brûleur à gasoil avec réservoir de service incorporé. Le raccord de sortie des fumées se trouve à la hauteur de la partie arrière du générateur. Garantie 2 ans.

Sie sind luftverdichtet und haben keine feuerfesten Abkantungen, um die Wartungskosten und Wärmeverlust durch Abstrahlung zu umgehen, sind vollautomatisch, gänz-lich gedämmt und mit Blech aus rostfreiem Stahl verkleidet. Der Dampferzeuger wird verfahrbar auf 4 Rädern, 2 davon selbstsichernd, geliefert. Im Inneren befi ndet sich ein Spei-setank aus rostfreiem Stahl. Er wird mit Dieselbrenner und eingebautem Tank geliefert. Der Anschluss für die Rauchgas-abführung befi ndet sich im hinteren Bereich des Dampfer-zeugers. 2 Jahre Garantie.

La coibentazione è in fi bra di vetro e rivestimento in allumino sagomato fi ssato con viti autofi lettanti.

The tanks are made of stainless steel AISI 304 with coni-cal bottom in order to have higher discharge speed and thorough cleaning. Equipped with inspection sight-glass and electric fi ttings with water infeed solenoid. The insulating material is fi breglass and the insulation coat is made of moulded aluminium secured with self-tapping screws.

Centrale termica costruita in REI 120 dove è possibile in-stallare qualsiasi tipo di generatore con annesso serbatoio condensa e addolcitore, suddividendo la parte posteriore si ottiene il locale compressore totalmente indipendente. La centrale termica è fornita completa d’impianto elettrico e pre-montata, con attacchi per l’esterno pre-impostati.
