Our aluminium baking and perforated trays are manu-
factured using high-quality aluminium alloys (AlMn or
AlMg3) as standard. The material thicknesses 1.5 mm
and 2 mm are used as standard. In trays that are
1.5 mm thick, the edge is also folded to increase
stability.

our state-of-the-art production line. We thus ensure

The coating has a very good non-stick effect, tolerates frequent baking and exhibits a very good price-performance ratio.KG-Flon 300 can be universally deployed and has a very smooth surface that is easy to clean. This is why it is very frequent-ly used in baking trays in the bakery as well as in the Bake-Off franchise.
The coating has a very good non-stick effect and excellent abrasion resistance. KG-Flon 403 is applied in mul-tiple layers and reinforced with ceramic particles. For this reason, it is very frequently used in automat-ed baking systems or similar applications that greatly tax the coating.
The coating has a very good non-stick effect and extraordinary durability. KG-Flon 704 was specifically de-veloped for the extreme rigours of deployment in industrial bakeries. Owing to this coating’s unique properties, it is very frequently used in tin loaf systems, auto-mated baguette and bread roll systems, as well as special trays.
The coating has an outstand-ing non-stick effect, excellent diffusion resistance and ex-hibits a very good price-per-formance ratio.For this reason, KG-Flon 750 is very frequently used in extremely challenging appli-cations, such as lye-based products or sour doughs.
The coating has a very good non-stick effect and extraor-dinary abrasion resistance. KG-Flon 900 has special ceramic particles that make this coating particularly du-rable and tough. This is why it is very frequently used in baking trays in the Bake-Off franchise.

We professionally remove the finish from your worn
baking moulds or tin sets. The entire baking tray is
then blasted and subsequently re-coated with the
coating of your choice. In the case of unit baking
trays, we replace the old inlet with a completely new
one. When you receive your trays and moulds from
us, they are like new. We are happy to assume re-
sponsibility for the entire logistics on your behalf,
too: collection, interim storage (if needed)
and punctual return.
Sustainability is our top priority. This is why 100%
of the electrical energy needed for production is
generated through our own solar power. 99% of
the raw material waste that arises during our
process of manufacture is recycled.

TRAYS FOR SLICED PASTRYOur aluminium trays for sliced pastries are produced
in a material thickness of 1.5 mm as standard.
There are trays for sliced pastry and then there are
trays for sliced pastry. What’s most important is the
joint bar.
The removable joint bar make it possible to remove
the cake portions easily and swiftly without causing
the edges to break off or curl. This makes for suc-
cessful cream slices and filled slices, right through to
tray bakes of all kinds.
Since there is no one-size-fits-all solution and each
restaurateur expects something different from the
slatted tray, we have two variants in our range:

Baking rack
All our baking racks and refrigeration racks are made
from stainless steel. The baking racks can be pro-
duced for all common types of ovens; naturally, we
will comply with your individual specifications.
Depending on the intended usage, you can choose be-

right through to the type of insertion mechanism.
