Welcome to the IPAF Asia Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!Selamat Datang ke Persidangan Asia IPAF di Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Dear Delegate,
I am delighted to welcome you to our seventh IPAF Asia Conference & Showcase and our first in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
On Wednesday evening we begin with a celebratory Cocktail Reception followed by our Gala Dinner, speeches, and locally-inspired entertainment.
The Conference on Thursday promises to be a fantastic opportunity to hear from those at the heart of our industry on a wide range of topics. At a time when the powered access industry is blooming in Asia and rapidly expanding in Malaysia, this is a unique platform to share expertise and knowledge and to discuss factors affecting our industry. I particularly welcome our guest of honour, YB Ir. Haji Kormain bin Haji Mohd Noor, Deputy Director General(Occupational Safety), DOSH Malaysia.
The Showcase is open on both days (10:00 – 17:30) so please do browse the stands and machines and have a go on the state-of-the art MEWP simulator machine – part of IPAF’s ongoing virtual reality (VR) consultation.
I would like to thank our co-organisers, MBAM and we look forward to a mutually supportive relationship with them in our joint efforts to promote the safe and effective use of powered access in Malaysia.
Finally, thank you to each of our Event Partners who have helped make this event possible.
