We have the most advanced Two-head EDM machine, the work stroke reach 1800*1500*800mm, the processing precision is high, the EDM process speed is 2 times of the ordinary spark machine, which greatly shorten the processing time in the premise to ensure the machining accuracy. In addition, we own 6 sets ordinary EDM machines, we can strictly control the mold lead time as promised.

We always do a comprehensive moldflow analysis for complicated mold before mold making, the mold flow report provides a full view for fill pattern, weld line, air traps, deformation, needed clamp force and injection pressure etc

JingFu Mold has a team of 20 experienced engineers, most of them have engaged in mold design and production for more than 10 years, they have extensive and practical experiences in mold design, manufacturing process and injection molding. JingFu Mold engineers are able to skillfully use a variety of software, such as Pro-Engineer, Solid works, UG, Auto CAD in mold design, manufacture and analyses.



Quality Assurance

Our quality management system is set for superior quality and service under ISO 9001:2008 certification. The system is specifically developed in all aspects of the whole project.1. Project review before tooling. It includes the part design analysis, mold construction optimization, and machining precision, mandatory documents for every project2. Check steel hardness and certification of materials..3. Check all standard parts of the mold.4. Dimensional check for electrodes, mold inserts 5. Check inspection during the mold making. 6. Inspect samples, and provide measurement report.7. Test of cooling system and 5 hours dry run for mold. 8. All aspects checking of the mold before shipping.9. Internal auditing every year to ensure implementation
