Glosarium Glosarium
Pengajaran Bahasa Inggris di Sekolah sebagai bagian dari
sistem pendidikan nasional, dimana hal ini bertujuan agar
siswa memiliki kemampuan yang dapat dialihgunakan
melalui kegiatan bahasa Inggris, sehingga terdapat
keserasian antara pengajaran yang menekankan pada
pemahaman konsep dan pengajaran yang menekankan
pada keterampilan menyelesaikan soal dan pemecahan
masalah. Bahasa Inggris merupakan aktivitas kehidupan
manusia. Bahasa Inggris itu sendiri merupakan subjek
yang sangat penting dalam sistem pendidikan didunia.
Negara yang mengabaikan pendidikan bahasa Inggris akan
tertinggal dari kemajuan segala bidang, terutama sains
dan teknologi. Atas dasar itulah mata pelajaran Bahasa
Inggris tetap terus diberikan sejak SD, SMP, SMA hingga
perguruan tinggi
