(Summary)
This paper examines the metafi ctional procedures by means of
which Jovan Sterij a Popovi's
Roman bez r omana questions the status of fiction and narration
in general . It brings an analysis of thc
respective ontological dimensions of fictional worlds, real
worls of text, and the real world. At the
samc time, it analyzes the ontological status of narrators and
author-fi gures in these worlds.
