Students had been trained their tourism English at colleges, however, they do not perform well as expected.

Tourism English – refers to language and communication for hotels, restaurants and catering transportation, tours, ticketing and itineraries, report facilities, and various support retail services as well as handing money, giving or dealing with complaints.
