discover its stunning cathedral, mysterious alleys
and the fishing harbour, around which the whole
life of the town revolved for centuries.
Pol ignano and the deep b lue sea - A stroll in
Polignano a Mare - the city that gave birth to
singer-songwriter Domenico Modugno, aka Mr.
Volare - is like a dive into the deep blue of the
Adriatic. You can taste the essence of life through

a sip of “caffè speciale”, a curious combination of
coffee, lemon zest, cream and almond liqueur.
Bar i s low&raw - Discover unique artisan produce
in Bari and surroundings: Bitonto with its traditional
pastry-making in the cathedral cloisters, its cellar-

then savour heavenly gelato as you walk around
Bari old town.
