A certain Wow Khim5 motorbanca carrying four (4) fishermen sank in the vicinity waters of Pandan Bay when it was struck by strong winds due to TY Quinta. Two (2) of the fishermen were found in Pandan Island while the other two went missing. CGSS conducted SAR operations but were unable to find the missing fishermen. SAR operations were temporarily terminated due to rough sea conditions. but will be resumed once the sea condition permits.
