Responsibilities & Achievements

As Sr. Manager for India QA & Automation teams, my objective is to facilitate and drive dramatic improvement in testing delivery bringing in best practices of testing processes, metrics monitoring and transform the testing team.

Managed 3 Functional QA teams – defined the charters and responsibilities for the teams consisting of about 30 engineers thru 3 first line managers.

Driven Automation for whole Actifio and helped company to achieve automation goals by reviving dead Old-Automation-Framework (OAF) from planning till post-delivery reviews with engineering across Actifio. Also helped organization to choose the right automation tools for our technology.
