CARACTERÍSTICAS GENERALESLa gama GNI son grupos monobloc,formados por la bomba normalizadaDIN 24255 acoplada a un motorestándar. Esta gama cubre el campohidráulico de aplicación dado en lanorma con las ventajas propias de suconstrucción compacta, fácil instalación,perfecta alineación bomba-motor,reducidas dimensiones, ... etc.
Caudales hasta 1500 m3 /h.Presiones hasta 100 mts.Potencias hasta 100 CV.Velocidad : 1450 y 2900 RPM.
Tolerancias datos de servicio según ISO2548-C. Anexo B.
MOTORESMotores eléctricos estandarizadossegún normas EN 60034 / DIN VDE0530 / IEC 34-72 del tipo asíncronocon rotor en jaula de ardilla, IP 55 , yaislamiento clase F. Para funcionamientocontinuo S1a la potencia nominal,máxima temperatura ambiente 40º C.
Forma constructiva:B5 para tamaños constructivos hasta 132.B35 para tamaños superiores.
Posibilidad de incorporar motoresespeciales para atmósfera explosiva,ambiente marino, clima tropical, etc.
MATERIALES CONSTRUCTIVOSCuerpo de bomba, rodete, aros cierre,tapa cuerpo, y tapa soporte en hierrofundido. Eje de bomba en aceroinoxidable 13 % Cr.
Opcional :-Rodete de bronce o AISI 316.-Eje acero AISI 316.
La ejecución estándar con cierremecánico normalizado según DIN24960 es adecuada para elevar líquidoscon temperaturas hasta 100 ºC. Concierre mecánico especial puede trabajarhasta 160 ºC.
