    Perusahaan Umum Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia (Perum LPPNPI) yang selanjutnya disebut "AirNav Indonesia, "AirNav" atau "Perusahaan", menyusun Laporan Keberlanjutan Tahun 2019 yang berisi kinerja keberlanjutan Perusahaan pada aspek ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial. Dalam penyusunan laporan ini, data dan informasi berasal dari berbagai sumber yang dapat diandalkan. Perusahaan menyeleksi serta menyajikan informasi dan data yang bersifat material bagi pemangku kepentingan.

    Laporan ini juga menyajikan pandangan AirNav ke depan (forward-looking statement) seperti target, perkiraan, estimasi, prospek, atau proyeksi atas kinerja operasional dan kondisi usaha AirNav di masa mendatang. Meskipun Perusahaan telah menyajikan secara wajar informasi atau data tersebut di dalam Laporan ini, AirNav menyadari bahwa sifat bisnis Perusahaan juga dipengaruhi oleh perubahan keadaan eksternal, seperti perubahan regulasi pemerintah, fluktuasi jumlah penerbangan, bencana alam, dan kebijakan penerbangan internasional.

    Perusahaan Umum Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia (Perum LPPNPI), hereinafter referred to as “AirNav Indonesia, “AirNav” or “Company” has compiled this Sustainability Report 2019 on the Company’s economic, environment, and social sustainability performance. This report has been prepared on the basis of data and information from credible sources. The Company has selected and presented information and data that are of material significance for the shareholders.

    This Report also presents AirNav’s forward-looking statements such targets, forecast, estimation, prospects, or projections on AirNav future operational performance and business condition. While the Company has presented the information and data with fairness in this Report, AirNav is aware that the Company’s business characteristics are influenced by changes in external conditions, such as amendment to government regulation, fluctuations in number of flights, natural disaster, and international aviation policies.

    Greener Skies, Better Service

    Pembangunan berkelanjutan saat ini bukan hanya tugas pemerintah semata, melainkan menjadi tanggung jawab bersama. Oleh sebab itu, di dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya, AirNav Indonesia berupaya meningkatkan kinerja ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan sambil terus mengembangkan kualitas layanan navigasi penerbangan berstandar internasional. Melalui Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL), AirNav Indonesia memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Kemudian, AirNav Indonesia juga mengembangkan potensi sumber daya manusia lokal melalui AirNav Scholarship Program (ASP) bagi Putra/Putri Papua.

    Tema Laporan kali ini, yaitu “Green Skies, Better Service”, mencerminkan upaya AirNav Indonesia dalam memberikan value bagi maskapai penerbangan dan sekaligus berdampak positif bagi lingkungan. Salah satunya yaitu melalui delay management yang efisien pada proses taxi, takeoff dan landing pesawat udara. Dengan pendekatan tersebut, AirNav Indonesia membantu penurunan konsumsi bahan bakar dan emisi selama pergerakan pesawat udara di runway. Lebih jauh lagi, AirNav Indonesia mengelola rute penerbangan dengan strategis sehingga airlines bisa meminimalkan penggunaan bahan bakar untuk perjalanan udara.

    Sustainable development is not only the responsibility of the government but our collective duty as well. Therefore, in running the Company’s business activity, AirNav Indonesia strives to enhance economic, social and environmental performance while continues to develop the quality of its international standard air navigation services. Through the Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL), AirNav Indonesia contributes to empowering the local economy. Furthermore, AirNav Indonesia has developed local human resources potentials through AirNav Scholarship Program (ASP) for the youth of Papua.

    The theme of this report, “Greener Skies, Better Service”, reflects AirNav Indonesia’s efforts to deliver values to the airlines while leaving a positive impact on the community. One of the efforts is the implementation of more efficient delay management on aircrafts that are taxiing, taking off, or landing. With this approach, AirNav Indonesia has contributed to the reduction of fuel consumption and emission from aircraft movements on the runway. Furthermore, AirNav Indonesia has strategically managed flight routes to allow airlines to minimize fuel consumption during flight.

    Para pemangku kepentingan yang terhormat,Segala puji dan syukur kami panjatkan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, karena atas rahmatNya, AirNav Indonesia dapat melalui tahun 2019 dengan baik. Sejalan dengan visi pemerintah untuk mencapai Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan atau Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), AirNav Indonesia atau “AirNav”, memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan di dalam mengembangkan strategi dan menjalankan operasional perusahaan. Melalui laporan ini, AirNav menyampaikan kinerja kebelanjutannya dalam aspek ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan.

    Kondisi IndustriSepanjang tahun 2019, meski perekonomian menunjukkan kondisi yang relatif stabil, namun sektor industri penerbangan mengalami tekanan, termasuk juga pada sub-sektor kebandarudaraan. International Air Transport Association (IATA) mencatat adanya perlambatan pertumbuhan lalu lintas penumpang maskapai global dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Kondisi tersebut tentunya mempengaruhi trafik penerbangan di dalam negeri.

    Dear Valued Stakeholders,We give praise and thanks to God Almighty for His blessings that had allowed us to have a good year in 2019. In line with the Government’s vision to achieve Sustainable Development Goals, AirNav Indonesia or “AirNav” has abided by the principles of sustainability in its strategic development and corporate operations. With this report, AirNav seeks to present its performance in economic, social and environmental sustainability.

    Condition of the IndustryWhile the economy showed relatively stable condition throughout 2019, the aviation industry has been experiencing some pressure, including in the airport sub-section. International Air Transport Association (IATA) recorded a deceleration of growth of passenger traffic of global airways compared to the previous year. The condition obviously bore an impact on domestic air traffic.

    Tercatat tidak kurang dari 441.786.609 rute unit penerbangan domestik dan internasional serta lintas udara dikelola AirNav Indonesia pada tahun 2019. Jumlah ini mengalami penurunan sebesar 6,87% dari tahun 2018. Meski penurunan trafik penerbangan berpotensi menurunkan pendapatan perusahaan, namun AirNav dapat mempertahankan kinerja ekonominya dengan baik.

    Di tengah berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi, AirNav Indonesia terus berupaya untuk meningkatkan layanan navigasi penerbangan guna mendukung industri transportasi udara di Indonesia. AirNav juga mendukung rencana kerja Pemerintah dalam mengembangkan tujuan wisata baru di Indonesia melalui peningkatan infrastruktur dan layanan navigasi penerbangan.

    Kinerja KeberlanjutanKinerja ekonomi AirNav tercatat cukup baik di tahun 2019 meski menghadapi berbagai ketidakpastian di industri penerbangan. Tercatat pertumbuhan laba bersih tahun 2019 sebesar Rp500,18 miliar, meningkat 23,74% dari tahun 2018 yang dibukukan sebesar Rp381,45 miliar. Pendapatan usaha AirNav di tahun 2019 yaitu sebesar Rp3,45 triliun, meningkat 4,93% dari tahun 2018 sebesar Rp3,28 triliun.

    Seiring dengan meningkatnya pendapatan, AirNav menyalurkan dana pengembangan masyarakat pada tahun 2019 sebesar Rp7,2 miliar melalui Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL). Sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara, AirNav juga turut berkontribusi melalui penyetoran pajak dan Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) dengan nilai total mencapai Rp311,29 miliar.

    Kinerja ekonomi AirNav Indonesia yang baik tidak terlepas dukungan sumber daya manusia yang handal dan profesional. AirNav terus memperkuat diri dengan merekrut dan mengembangkan tenaga kerja dari seluruh Nusantara. Sepanjang tahun 2019, sebanyak 2.748 karyawan telah mengikuti 160 kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang bersifat mandatory maupun non-mandatory. Kemudian, melalui AirNav Scholarship Program (ASP), AirNav Indonesia mengembangkan potensi tenaga kerja lokal di Papua.

    A recorded 441,786,609 of domestic and international air traffic were managed by AirNav Indonesia in 2019. The figure was lower by 6.87% compared to 2018. However, despite the potentials for reduced corporate revenues, AirNav had managed to maintain its excellent financial performance.

    Amidst the challenges, AirNav Indonesia continues to strive to improve air navigation services in support of Indonesian air transportation industry. AirNav also supports the Government plan to develop new tourist destinations in Indonesia through infrastructure development and air navigation services.

    Sustainability PerformanceAirNav had recorded a fairly steady financial performance in 2019 despite various uncertainties in the aviation industry. The company scored a net profit growth of Rp500.18 billion in 2019, or 23.74% higher than in 2018 profit of Rp381.45 billion. AirNav clocked Rp3.45 trillion in revenues in 2019, up by 4.93% from Rp 3.28 trillion in 2018.

    As company revenues continued to rise, AirNav had also distributed Rp7.2 billion in community development funds in 2019. through the Partnership and Community Development (PKBL) Program. As a state-owned enterprise, AirNav also contributed taxes and Non-tax State Revenues (PNBP) to the total amount of Rp311.29 billion.

    AirNav attributed its excellent financial performance to the support of its reliable and professional human resources. AirNav continues to reinforce itself through recruitment and employee development across the country. In 2019, 2.748 employees took part in mandatory and non-mandatory education and training. Through AirNav Scholarship Program (ASP), AirNav Indonesia had also developed the local potential manpower in Papua.

    Pada tahun 2019, AirNav terus melakukan modernisasi infrastruktur dan pengembangan layanan navigasi penerbangan di Indonesia. Beberapa di antaranya dilakukan pada pengembangan alat navigasi penerbangan di menara pengawas Bandara Kertajati, Jawa Barat, dan pembangunan menara pengawas navigasi penerbangan Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta yang berlokasi di Kulon Progo. Upaya tersebut merupakan bagian dari strategi AirNav untuk berperan serta dalam menjaga keberlanjutan industri penerbangan Indonesia yang berstandar keselamatan internasional.

    Dari sisi penerapan teknologi navigasi, pada tahun 2019, AirNav telah menerapkan sistem Performance Based Navigation (PBN). Melalui PBN, AirNav memandu pesawat udara pada saat menempuh jalur penerbangan dengan pendekatan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan adanya sistem ini, maskapai penerbangan diharapkan dapat menghemat biaya bahan bakar pesawat udara dalam jangka panjang. Penghematan tersebut juga berdampak pada berkurangnya emisi yang timbul dari pemanfaatan bahan bakar pesawat udara.

    Kebijakan dan Strategi KeberlanjutanKinerja AirNav Indonesia dalam aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan berkembang sejalan dengan dinamika industri penerbangan. Guna memastikan keberlanjutan usaha serta merespon tantangan industri penerbangan, AirNav akan terus menjaga dan meningkatkan kinerjanya berdasarkan standar keselamatan penerbangan internasional. Peningkatan kualitas layanan navigasi penerbangan tersebut dilakukan secara berkesinambungan melalui berbagai pendekatan, seperti modernisasi infrastruktur maupun pengembangan sumber daya manusia.

    Berbagai aspek yang menjadi fokus AirNav dalam penerapan nilai-nilai keberlanjutan yaitu menjaga keselamatan lalu lintas udara melalui layanan navigasi penerbangan, meningkatkan kapasitas tenaga kerja, mengembangkan ketenagakerjaan lokal, serta penggunaan teknologi yang handal

    In 2019 AirNav continued to modernize its infrastructure and develop air navigation services in Indonesia, with the development of air navigation equipment in Kertajati Airport control tower, West Java, and construction of Yogyakarta International Airport air traffic control tower in Kulon Progo. These efforts represent part of AirNav’s strategy to take part in safeguarding the sustainability of Indonesian aviation industry with its international standards of safety.

    In terms of navigation technology implementation, AirNav had adopted Performance-Based Navigation (PBN) system. PBN allowed AirNav to guide airplanes with a more effective and efficient approach. With the system, it is expected that airlines will save up on aircraft fuel in the long run. The more efficient fuel use will have the impact of reducing emission from air transportation.

    Sustainable Policy and Strategy AirNav Indonesia’s economic, social and environmental performance continues to develop in line with the dynamics of aviation industry. To ensure business sustainability and in response to challenges in aviation industry, AirNav continues to maintain and improve its performance with the benchmark of international safety standards. The quality of air navigation services is improved on a continuous basis through a number of approaches, including modernization of infrastructure and development of human resources.

    AirNav focuses on various aspects of implementation of sustainability principles including protection of air traffic through air navigation services, developing human resources capacity, developing local manpower, and use of reliable technology in air navigation infrastructure. On a long-

    pada infrastruktur navigasi penerbangan. Dalam jangka panjang, AirNav Indonesia tentunya memperhatikan dampak ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan dari kegiatan operasional Perusahaan, serta berupaya memberi nilai tambah bagi para pemangku kepentingan. Salah satunya yaitu melalui pemberdayaan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di sekitar wilayah operasi perusahaan.

    Dalam jangka panjang, upaya keberlanjutan AirNav Indonesia sejalan dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan dan kondisi industri penerbangan di Indonesia ke depan. Pengembangan dan pembangunan bandara menjadi salah satu faktor penentu strategi keberlanjutan AirNav. Aspek lainnya yang penting yaitu prioritas pembangunan Pemerintah di daerah yang akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kegiatan ekonomi dan bertumbuhnya jumlah perjalanan udara ke wilayah tersebut.

    PenutupKinerja baik AirNav Indonesia tidak dapat diraih tanpa kerja keras dan dedikasi seluruh pihak. AirNav mengucapkan terima kasih kepada para pemangku kepentingan, antara lain Pemerintah Indonesia, khususnya Kementerian BUMN selaku pemegang saham dan Kementerian Perhubungan selaku kementerian teknis, jajaran Dewan Pengawas, jajaran Direksi, manajemen, dan seluruh karyawan. This is accomplished through a number of ways, including social economic empowerment of the local community around the Company’s area of operation.

    In the long run, AirNav’s sustainability efforts will fall in line with the Company’s business strategy and the future condition of aviation industry in Indonesia. Expansion and construction of airports is one of the factors that determine AirNav’s sustainability strategy. Another important aspect is the priorities of local government which will bear an impact on increasing economic activity the growth of air traffic to the area.

    ConclusionAirNav’s excellent performance could not have been accomplished without the hard work and dedication of all parties involved. AirNav would like to thank all the stakeholders, including the Government of Indonesia, particularly the Ministry of SOEs as the capital owner and Ministry of Transportation as the technical ministry, Supervisory Board, Board of Directors, the management and all employees. We also would like to offer our highest appreciation to the airlines, as well as our work and business partners, media, and the public for putting their trust in and supporting AirNav Indonesia.

    AirNav menerbitkan Laporan Keberlanjutan 2019 sebagai laporan keberlanjutan kedua dengan periode laporan 1 Januari hingga 31 Desember 2019. Laporan ini diterbitkan setiap tahun dan merupakan kesinambungan dari Laporan Keberlanjutan 2018 yang diluncurkan pada 12 Agustus 2019 bersamaan dengan laporan tahunan Perusahaan. Perusahaan menyusun laporan keberlanjutan berdasarkan GRI Standard: Core option, serta Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) No. 51/ POJK.03/2017 sebagai referensi.     Ruang lingkup laporan mencakup data dari kantor pusat dan seluruh kantor cabang, kecuali data penggunaan air dan pengelolaan limbah yang hanya bersumber dari kantor pusat. Khusus untuk kinerja ekonomi, ruang lingkup data dan informasi dalam laporan ini sama dengan ruang lingkup pada Laporan Keuangan AirNav Indonesia. Untuk topik-topik tertentu, ruang lingkup dapat berbeda disesuaikan berdasarkan relevansi, signifikansi, dan ketersediaan data. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas laporan, terdapat beberapa restatement atau pernyataan kembali dari laporan tahunan sebelumnya. Beberapa restatement tersebut mengenai intensitas energi disebabkan oleh perhitungan yang lebih komprehensif, serta perubahan data penyaluran dana PKBL disebabkan adanya perubahan komponen perhitungan pada laporan ini. To improve the quality of this report, some restatements were made based on the previous year’s report. Some of those restatements are related to energy intensity due to more comprehensive calculations, while changes were made to the PKBL funds distribution data to account for modification of calculation components in this report.     Kesehatan dan keselamatan karyawan berdampak signifikan bagi pelayanan navigasi penerbangan serta meningkatkan keamanan penerbangan Indonesia secara global. Untuk mewujudkan kinerja K3 yang unggul, AirNav Indonesia berkomitmen mewujudkan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan ergonomis bagi karyawan.     AirNav Indonesia prioritizes air navigation safety, in accordance with the Company’s mission in providing air navigation services. AirNav is committed to comply with the air navigation regulations and standards, and to provide navigation, telecommunication, and information services for air traffic in Indonesia in cooperation with relevant stakeholders including regulators, airports and airlines.

    Operational activities and technology equipments used by the Company requires a significant amount of energy consumption, particularly electricity and oil fuel. AirNav realizes that efficient energy management will impact operational cost savings and decrease emissions that impact the environment.

    An excellent air transportation service can support expansion of access to improve the country’s economy. In this regard, AirNav is one of the many catalysts of national economy through air navigation services in all airports in Indonesia. In addition, AirNav also seeks to improve the standard of living of the community around the Company’s area of operation through Partnership and Community Development Program and by involving communities in the Company’s supply chain.

    Pendirian AirNav Indonesia didasari oleh amanat Peraturan Pemerintah No.77 tahun 2012 tentang Perusahaan Umum Lembaga Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia (Perum LPPNPI). Perusahaan menyelenggarakan pelayanan navigasi penerbangan dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :

    1. Mengutamakan keselamatan penerbangan.2. Tidak berorientasi pada keuntungan.3. Secara finansial dapat mandiri.4. Biaya yang ditarik dari pengguna dikembalikan untuk biaya investasi, biaya operasional dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan.

    AirNav membagi pelayanan navigasi penerbangan menjadi dua ruang udara berdasarkan Flight Information Region (FIR), yaitu FIR Jakarta yang terpusat di Kantor Cabang JATSC (Jakarta Air Traffic Services Center) dan FIR Ujung Pandang yang terpusat di Kantor Cabang MATSC (Makassar Air Traffic Services Center). Total luas FIR yang dikelola Perusahaan sebesar 5.193.252 Km2 dengan luas wilayah sebesar 4.110.752 Km2 dalam struktur ruang udara tersebut, Perusahaan mengoperasikan fasilitas layanan navigasi udara di 39 wilayah Controlled Zone (CTR) di seluruh Indonesia.

    AirNav divides its air navigation services into two air spaces based on the Flight Information Regions (FIR): FIR Jakarta, centralized at the JATSC (Jakarta Air Traffic Services Center), and FIR Ujung Pandang, centralized at the MATSC (Makassar Air Traffic Services Center). Total area of FIR managed by Company is 5,193,252 Km2 with a jurisdiction area of 4,110,752 Km2. In this air space structure, the Company operates air navigation service facilities at 39 Controlled Zone (CTR) regions throughout Indonesia.

    Data jumlah pegawai AirNav pada laporan ini telah diolah oleh Divisi Administrasi SDM dan Hubungan Industrial per tanggal 31 Desember 2019. Sepanjang tahun 2019, AirNav Indonesia mempekerjakan sejumlah 5.117 orang karyawan, yang terdiri dari 5.042 karyawan organik dan 75 karyawan non organik. Dari jumlah tersebut, karyawan AirNav didominasi oleh pegawai pada usia 21-30 tahun. Kelompok usia karyawan tersebut termasuk ke dalam generasi millennial yang berpotensi memberikan dampak positif bagi perusahaan. Keberadaan karyawan millennial dengan ide-ide segar, networking yang luas, serta literasi yang baik tentang teknologi dapat mendorong pengembangan Perusahaan dan memberikan pelayanan navigasi penerbangan yang unggul.

    AirNav mempekerjakan karyawan laki-laki sebanyak 3.556 orang atau 69,49% dari total karyawan, sedangkan jumlah karyawan perempuan sebanyak 1.561 orang atau 30,51% dari total karyawan. Komposisi karyawan yang didominasi karyawan laki-laki disebabkan minat secara alami untuk bekerja pada jasa layanan navigasi yang lebih banyak dimiliki oleh laki-laki. Di sisi lain, AirNav tidak mempekerjakan karyawan berdasarkan musim, pekerja anak di bawah umur, maupun praktik tenaga kerja paksa dalam bentuk apa pun.

    Perusahaan juga membentuk serikat pekerja serta mengadakan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) antara manajemen dan karyawan untuk mengakomodasi hubungan perusahaan dengan karyawan. Komitmen AirNav dalam menjunjung tinggi hak asasi manusia yang baik bagi karyawan juga diatur dalam PKB. PKB tersebut berlaku bagi seluruh (100%) karyawan organik di Perusahaan.     Data on the number of AirNav employees in this report was processed by the Administration and Industrial Relations Division as of December 31, 2019. Throughout 2019, AirNav Indonesia employs 5,117 people consisting of 5,042 organic employees and 75 non-organic employees. Of these, AirNav employees are dominated by employees of the age group of 21-30 years. This age group is the millennial generation that has the potential to have a positive impact on the Company. The millennial employees with fresh ideas, extensive networking, and good technology literacy may drive the Company’s progress and provide superior air navigation services.

    AirNav Indonesia employs 3,556 male employees or 69.49% of total employees, while the female employees are 1,561 persons or 30.51%. The employee composition that is more dominated by male employees are due to the nature of the jobs in air navigation services that are naturally more attractive to men. In the other hand, AirNav does not hire seasonal employees, underage employees, or practices forced labor in any form.

    The Company established a labor union and entered into a Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) between the management and the employees to accommodate the relations between the company and the employees. AirNav’s commitment to upholding human rights, which is good for the employees, is also regulated in the CLA. The CLA applies to every (100%) organic employee of the Company. Perusahaan ikut berkontribusi dalam pembuatan panduan dan manual untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan keselamatan penerbangan di kawasan regional dan internasional. Dengan menjadi anggota asosiasi navigasi penerbangan, Perusahaan mendapat pengetahuan praktik terbaik dalam penerapan teknologi terbaru, informasi terkini terkait industri navigasi penerbangan, dan implementasi peraturan.     AirNav Indonesia actively participates in various aviation associations. The Company contributes to writing guidelines and manuals to improve air navigation service and safety regionally and internationally. By becoming a member of aviation associations, the Company receives the best practice know-how in implementing the latest technology, the latest information related to the air navigation industry, and the implementation of regulations. The Company does not participate in projects or provide substantial funding other than contributing routine membership fee to the association.

    KEBIJAKAN DAN TATA KELOLA

    Dalam menerapkan tata kelola yang baik atau good corporate governance (GCG), AirNav Indonesia mengacu pada undang-undang dan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku terkait penerapan tata kelola di Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), Pedoman Umum GCG Indonesia oleh Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governance (KNKG), serta Roadmap Tata Kelola Perusahaan Indonesia. Perusahaan juga mengikuti prinsip-prinsip GCG yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, pertanggungjawaban, independen, dan kewajaran.

    Evaluasi penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dilakukan melalui assessment oleh internal Perusahaan, mengacu pada Surat Keputusan Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor SK-16/S-MBU/2012 tanggal 6 Juni 2012 tentang Indikator/Parameter Penilaian dan Evaluasi Atas Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik (Good Corporate Governance) pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Berdasarkan metodologi assessment tersebut, Perusahaan 84,93 dari total nilai maksimal 100, dan menempatkan AirNav pada kategori “Baik”. Nilai total tersebut naik dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yaitu 83,16 dengan kategori "Baik". Skor tersebut terdiri dari penilaian terhadap aspek keuangan, aspek operasional, dan aspek administrasi.

    Untuk memastikan kinerja keberlanjutan yang optimal, Direksi memperhatikan aspek-aspek keberlanjutan pada layanan navigasi penerbangan seperti keselamatan penerbangan, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, ketenagakerjaan lokal, dan penggunaan energi yang efisien. Aspek keberlanjutan menjadi tanggung jawab kolektif Direksi dan jajaran Manajemen Perusahaan. Khusus untuk pengelolaan program pemberdayaan masyarakat, AirNav menugaskan unit CSR yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaannya.

    In implementing good corporate governance (GCG), AirNav Indonesia refers to the applicable law and government regulations related to the implementation of governance in State-Owned Enterprise (SOE), Indonesia’s Code of GCG by the National Committee on Governance Policies, and Roadmap for Indonesian Company Governance. It also adheres to GCG principles i.e. transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness.

    Evaluation of good corporate governance (GCG) implementation has been conducted by an independent third party in accordance to Minister of State-Owned Enterprise Decree No.SK-16/S-MBU/2012, June 6, 2012 on the Indicators/Parameters for Assessment and Evaluation on the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in State-Owned Enterprise (SOE). Based on the assessment methodology, the Company scored 84.93 out of 100, which ranked the Company as GOOD in terms of GCG implementation. The score was higher than the previous year's figure of 83.16 in category "Good". The score comprises assessment of financial, operational, and administrative aspects.

    To ensure maximum sustainability performance, the Board of Directors concerned themselves with sustainability aspects on air navigation services such as air navigation safety, occupational health and safety, local employment, and efficient energy consumption. Therefore, Company’s sustainability aspect becomes the collective responsibility of Company Board of Directors and Managerial Level. Particularly for managing community empowerment program, AirNav assigns CSR unit responsible for its management.
