Make sure you have a calm, confortable place, big enough for you to lay down.

Depending on your needs, get plenty of sunlight – or create a nice darkness lit only by candles.

Use pillows, nice textiles, curtains and some blanket.

Best if freshly washed and dried on the sun!

Use traditional pillows, or get creative and dosomething different.

Kids will certainly like playing with something smooth and funny. But why not to do it yourself?

Avoid strong odors andaroma. Think of yourmemories from childhood.What smell did you like?!
