    Doers cannot do anything by themselves in

    isolation. To get the desired results Doers need

    Roadmap. Remember any bldg is made first on

    Paper & then in Reality. Remember Unplanned

    action cannot give desired result Patience in planning & Impatience in execution is

    the key to success.

    Todays planning is no planning

    Advance planning is the only planning

    and we struggled for on time in fullshipment in sheeting.

    Process Orientation

    Talk in the language what customerunderstands. Eg: If customer gives order in Pc in towel, then

    why do we talk prod report in tons. Shipment

    goes with the same units as specified bycustomer in purchase order.

    Customer is concerned with OTIF andquality product. He is not much concernedwith internal/external arrangements

    Process ensure consistency in results.

    System should be more Process Orientatedrather than People Orientated

    Win Win Situation Eg: Customer wants quality but goods also

    Consistency means slow & studywins the race. Play a Big inning.

    Encourage dreaming becauseSuccessful peoples had dreamt.

    Effective communication

    Timing is important (Wrong report &right time is okay but right report atwrong time is not effective).

    Keep Right attitude (eg of two kidsfailing)

    Learn to say noBe firm but polite If you have only two hands you

    cannot spare one for others.

    Dont be in hurry but try to be in

    advance. Adjust your watch 15minutes advance.

    Always knock the right door, if youwant right help at right time.

    Make sure that nobody knows bettermore than u about your work .

    We are not here to please anybody.

    There is no shortcut to success.(dont skip any step of ladder)
