Evaluation of surface topography, allowed to conclude that the greaterextension of the surface is characterized for alloy formed by injection. It hastwice the roughness than the alloy obtained by the conventional method. Higherroughness affects the process of fusion implant with living tissues in the body.Analyzed titanium has a higher resistance to abrasion (injection method) thanthe alloy produced by the conventional method. The resulting alloy Ti-6Al-4V injection method has better performance in terms of medical, than thesame alloy produced by the continuous casing.

Piston rings made of powder materials based on iron, to provide the sealmates with the piston cylinder, while at the same time their mobility. Pistonrings made of a powder material based on iron approximately 2-3 times moretechnologically advanced and have more elastic and wear-resistant propertiesthan the corresponding cast-iron counterparts. This is due to the tight fit of thering to the bore, small gaps between the rings and the walls of the grooves ofthe piston and the labyrinth action set of rings. Based on the analysis of data inthe field of modern condition of receiving powder materials based on iron, you can make the following conclusions: a) the manufacture of parts frompowder materials based on iron remains one of the leading trends in powdermetallurgy; b) should be considered as a promising research in the field ofselection and changes the chemical composition of the powder materials forthe manufacture of piston rings; (C) prospects of research aimed at thedevelopment of scientific and experimental approach for the optimization ofthe chemical composition of sintered materials and opportunities knownprocesses of surface strengthening, with reference to components from powdermaterials.

One of the main alternatives of traditional methods of producing energy issolar energy. Solar cells (SC) the basic devices of solar energy are based oncrystals, amorphous and organic matter. Modern solar cells are not exhaustedtheir potential as theoretical efficiency. Because it is much higher than arerealized in practice. From this it follows that the purpose and objective of myresearch was to: onsider the practical spectral characteristics hydrogenatedamorphous silicon films with different % content of hydrogen and to deducetheir according to parameters depending on process conditions.

Conclusion. We can say that by optimizing the thickness of the functionallayer and the hydrogen content can be changed absorption spectrum of thestructure. That is a certain kind of SC, we can create a functional layer withthe required parameters, simply by changing the thickness and concentrationof hydrogen. The hydrogen concentration in the magnetron plasma affects thebandgap from 1.4 to 2.4 eV (depending on the process), as well as for energytails, reducing them with increasing the hydrogen content in the structure.

Description. The present mechanism provides a new function, adjusting theswirl jet, so that the debris would be removed and the laser would be notblocked. Furthermore, it has good efficiency of laser micromachining anddebris removing. Traditionally, the processing by the laser light would producea lot of debris, which block the laser light or attach on the surface of workpieces, and affect the efficiency of processing. Different from the previousdevices, the present system uses the several outlet tubes and inlet tubes whichthe switch time can be controlled. The purpose of the four inlet tubes is toproduce a swirl jet that can extract the particles into the inside of nozzle.Eight outlet tubes are used to exclude the particles. Additionally, there wouldappear pressure difference in the different positions by using the four inlettubes which control the switch. Thus, this mechanism could improve theproblem which debris partially removing and laser light blocking.

Description. Energy efficient, abrasion resistant concrete obtained fromrecycled waste glass and concrete is a construction material with a wide rangeof possible application in road infrastructure, civil works and same, where theimproved characteristics of the proposed composition represent an advantage. The energy efficient concrete mix is produced using waste concrete as recycledaggregates partially substituting natural aggregates-, and using glass wastefor reducing the cement ratio. Due to its composition the embedded energy inthe mix is decreased with respect to the regular road concretes, while theobtained characteristics of the hardened concrete is improved (abrasion, increase freeze-thaw and cyclic heat resistance, fatique, etc.). It can be used inobtaining a wide variety of strengths classes used in road infrastructure, civilworks and same.

At the end of its lifetime the concrete obtained using the proposed mix canbe easily recycled and reused for further concrete compositions, improvingalso in this way its energy efficiency. Novelty of the invention is based on thecombination of the recycled waste used for a new, energy efficient, environmental friendly material. Advantages: replacing nonrenewable naturalaggregates with recycled aggregates; uses glass waste for reducing the cementcontent of the mix; improved characteristics of the composition even usingproperly recycled waste; reduced carbon footprint, improved energy efficiencyagainst regular road concrete.
