融资需求- 800万人民币用于天津双口扩容,借贷或所有者权益融资方式

- 1200万人民币用于天津大韩庄建设,所有者权益方式

- 1000万人民币用于成都项目建设,所有者权益方式

退出战略- 采用发行优先股的方式,公司如果

可以上市,优先股可以转为普通股- 如果上市不成功,公司按固定利率支付优先股股息,公司现有股东同意使用现金流收购该优先股

Finance requirements- 8 m RMB is required for Tianjin Shuangkou

expansion to 2MW; bank loan or equity- 12 m RMB is required to build Tianjin

Dahanghuang power plant (2 MW); equity finance

- 10 m RMB is required to build Chengdu power station (4 MW) , equity finance

Exit strategy- Preference stock issuing; if the company

could go public, preference stock can be converted to common stock

- If fail to go public, the company will pay a fixed rate as the preference stock dividend; the shareholders agree to buy back the preference stocks by the cash flow
