Job Responsibilities

Receiving of Report of Disbursement payrolls in General Fund for every month under the paymasters Elizabeth Fajardo, Vilma Alinea and Leonila Escalona.

Receiving of Disbursement Voucher in General Fund from City Treasurer Office that will be checked and tagged for every month.

Tallying of the numbers of Journal Entry Voucher (JEV) made by the Jevers and numbers of Journal Entry Voucher approved by the Approvers.

Attaching of JEVs in General Fund to Disbursement Vouchers for every month. Attaching of JEVs in General Fund to the Report of Disbursement (payrolls paid

by the Land Bank). Recording or Posting of accounts from Report of Disbursement payrolls from in

General Fund under the paymasters Elizabeth Fajardo, Vilma Alinea and Leonila Escalona

Sorting of monthly bank statement checks. Transmitting the payrolls and vouchers to the Commission on Audit (COA). Arranging and sorting of JEVs of Trust Fund. Filing of Obligation Request (OBR) for every month.
