The nursing process(when approach to patient):

1. ASSESSMENT: collect data.2. NURSING DIAGNOSIS: according to the data to determine

the diagnosis.3. OUTCOME 结局 IDENTIFICATION: identify expected outcome

of client 4. PLANNING: develops plan of care5. IMPLIMENTATION: action types in the plans of care6. EVALUATION: evaluates 鉴定 client conditions after treatment
