Skill building can be viewed as an instrument to improve the effectiveness and

contribution of labour to the overall production. It is as to take the growth rate of the

economy to a higher trajectory and help in realisation of the ‘Make in India’ dream.

Employment Exchanges play, to lack of effective training programmes, to Management of

the Vocational Education and Training System. The Management of these systems is

Companies with healthy performance management practices have 2 times higher EBITDA
