• Austria is known for lots of desserts. The most famous of these is the Apfelstrudel (apple strudel) end Sachertorte.

• Austrian coffee is the most famous coffee in Europe. If you were in Vienna and did not try the coffee, then consider that you were not there.

We need to take:

• 270 g flour• Cooking Oil 50 ml• ½ tsp salt• Butter 120 g• 50 g white bread• 80 g dark raisins• Walnut 100 g• Apples 8 pcs.• Lemons ½ pc.• Sugar 150g• Cinnamon powder 1 tsp• Powdered sugar - 40g

RECIPE• Put in a bowl the flour, salt, oil, 125 ml of water.Stir the dough for 10 minutes. Put in the fridge for 40 minutes.• Make bread crumbs and stir with melted butter.

• Peel and slice apples. Add the lemon juice. Stir apples with sugar, raisins, cinnamon and nuts.

• Roll the dough very thinly.• Spread dough with melted butter and put the stuffing. Close roll.

• Grease with melted butter.

• Bake 40-45 minutes at 180⁰• Grease 3-4 times during baking and after that.• Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

• Apple strudel is traditionally served in slices, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
