Bees live in bee hives backyards and near wild fields and even in busy cities.

Bees take care of baby bees inside bare ground, old wood or other wood, or a garage.

Their enemies are bears, skunks, birds, small mammals, and wax moths.

We can help bees by not using chemicals and not using pesticides and planting a lot of friendly flowers.

They stay safe in their hives and hide from people and predators.

The male and female bees have has different stingers.We use beeswax for candles. The worker bees can fly 15 miles per hour.The queen bee can lay 600 – 800 or even 1500 eggs.
