First, the choice to act - will we act upon life, or will we merely be acted upon? Second, the choice of purpose - to what ends, will our daily choices lead? Third, the choice of principles - will we live our lives in accordance with proven principles or will we suffer the consequences of not doing so? If “chewed”, the book can have a positive impact not only on the readers’ personality but also on that of those who fall within his area of influence. Having produced some of the best-selling masterpieces on self-development and empowerment, Stephen R Covey, in this book, has applied a unique and novel technique to consolidate the results of his earlier researches. This time he narrates a collection of true inspirational stories published in Reader’s Digest over the last 80 years. These stories are about common people who tend to be quiet by nature and generally escape headlines. But these are real heroes, who live up to their full potentials, often through adversity and challenge. There are 63 stories grouped into nine leading areas of everyday life. Each story addresses a unique personal challenge like courage, integrity, empathy, magnanimity etc. رہ # 11
