Was haben wir gelernt?
Anreize & Motivation sind entscheidend
Kürze der SMS bestimmt Einsatzmöglichkeit
Briefing: Funktionsweise & Spielregeln
Technik muss userfreundlich & einwandfrei sein
Einzelansprache muss Gruppen-Kommunikation ergänzen

Pläne:
Ziel: Skalierung
Viele Akteure & fehlende Feedbackschlaufen
Anwendungsideen:– Buddys helfen sich untereinander (unter Schulen)– Buddys bewerten ihre Coaches & das Programm– Familien geben Rückmeldung

Online Toolbox
1) Data is entered into system via cost-free SMS to central short number2) Data is entered into system via SMS gateway user interface on PC
Gateway receives SMS from sender and transmits to all participating beneficiaries
Data hub compiles messages. Message undergoes validation process. Results are intepreted and visualized
Plug-in interface links visualized results into other platforms (NGOs‘ websites, betterplace.org, or platforms of development organizations)
-Structured reports-SMS chat history-Graphs
‘one to many’ SMS chat

Quantitative feedback data is plugged into platform and visualized as charts and graphs. Users may click and easily reveal individual graphs of interest
1. Graph shows beneficiaries’ views on project effectiveness during various points of project
time period
3. Users may select other graphs and for example compare similar projects
