To express how someone feels at a given moment use:

noun + “estar” + adjective

Yo estoy bien/mal. Nosotros/Nosotras estamos bien/mal. Tú estás bien/mal. Vosotros/Vosotras estáis bien/mal. Él/Ella/Usted está bien/mal. Ellos/Ellas/Ustedes están bien/mal.

Ex:

Diana está preocupada por Ignacio. Diana is worried about Ignacio.

Ignacio está preocupado por Roberto. Ignacio is worried about Roberto.

*Remember that adjectives must agree in gender and number with the nouns they

describe.
