To view personnel needing to PTS go to PTS application

Submission.

UIC’s and numbers have been erased due to privacy of the units. Although it doesn’t

indicate that you can click on these items… you can. Click on the number under “No apps” and another screen will come up.

Page 5: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)

This screen will actually list all personnel in your unit within 15 mos from PRD/EAOS needing to submit a PTS application. Be

careful currently it also shows NCS Sailors and Mobilized Reservists.

Page 6: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)

Another look at the application screen with personnel listed. This is

easy to cut and paste into an excel document.

Page 7: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)

Now lets submit some folks for PTS. Go to the

Sailor browser.

Page 8: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)

Here is the Sailor browser. If you have other units you can select the UIC if not, all personnel in your

unit should be listed (not just PTS folks).

Page 9: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)

Let’s select this shipmate highlited in yellow for an In rate PTS application. Click on “In rate” in order

to submit for PTS.

Page 10: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)

BAM!!! Look familiar? Just like the PTS website application. Avoid the “Career Milestones” portion as

nothing is needed from you. Concentrate on the upper and lower portions for submission. When complete, click on

save, then submit. That’s it… monitor monthly for approval, roll over, etc.

Page 11: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)

Now let’s submit this highlited shipmate for a conversion. Double click on the member’s name.

Page 12: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)

The old Fleet Ride details screen pops up. Suggest creating a separate questionnaire for those wanting to

convert via PTS so you can complete this portion. You will need to know NJP, prior alcohol or drug history info,

citizenship and family citizenship, etc. When complete, click on qualify.

Page 13: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)

Listed are all the rates the member is eligible for, don’t forget to double check these via MILPERS as

well. Now it’s time to submit for PTS with conversion options. Click on Conversion info.

Page 14: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)

Look familiar? Same screen as the In rate but with conversion options.

Also, same as the PTS website. Easy day!

Page 15: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)

As you can see the application is filled out, hit save, then

submit.

Page 16: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)

Page 17: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)

You can select an individual and pull a status report. Also, you can pull

your unit’s stats from the unit report

Page 18: Fleetride & perform to serve (nx power lite)
