Pola jajan dan snacking

• Masyarakat muda makin rajin dan makin seringmenambah camilan dan atau snacking denganmakanan “kue basah”, roti, “snack” sampaicamilan berupa kripik, krupuk dan permen

• Gejala positifnya : asupan konsumsinya jauhdiatas 2100 kalori

• Negatifnya : terlalu banyak karbohidrat• Trend makin baik: arah ke konsumsi protein

meningkat : bakso/bakwan, sosis, burger, ayamgoreng jadi dominan

• Pengeluaran untuk makanan di dominasi olehprotein hewani
