How the LCSystem application Works?
-Install the LCSystem App on your computer’s desk (Just click on it)
- Once Installed and opened ,depending on your needs, select one of the 3 buttons at the bottom
To update or modify an old document
To input the new document
Exit Application
It’s very important to fill in the correct information on the LCSystem App and make sure that every word or number matches the LC’s letter requirements
Once you have selected your desired option, proceed with populating indicated fields with the LC’s information requested
Once saved, the LCSystem App will convert the new document in a FILE with the assigned name
Once you have finished populating the new document/or correcting an existing, press save and the document will be saved in the chosen place.
You can work directly on the documentary output, which also serves as a PROCESS Control . Updates/add itional changes are converted to PDF / sent by email or available online.
Once the LCSystem App has been updated your documents are ready to be printed.
