Used for nervous disorders, memory enhancement, increasing milk production for feeding mothers.

Doob grass has wonderful medicinal properties. It’s juices help to remove toxin from the body and acts as good detoxifier. Used For: urinary problems, bladder and kidney stones, longivity, smooth delivery

This plant is used for food for people and animals. The whole plant, especially the leaves, is edible. The leaves are put into soup or eaten as a spinach or as a vegetable. The plant provides grazing for stock, game and chickens. The plant is used as a traditional medicine for snakebites.[6]

The plant is also used as a talisman against evil spirits, a good-luck talisman for hunters, and a talisman for the well-being of widows.

6.Curculigo orchioides (Malayalam നിലപ്പന - nilappana)

Used For: A medicine for vomiting and jaundice. Used in treatment of skin diseases and asthma.

Tuberous roots are used as appetizer, demulcent, diuretic, and restorative; useful in bronchitis, ophthalmia, indigestion, lumbago, dyspnoea, gonorrhoea, gleet, dysuria, menorrhagia, leucorrhoea, menstrual derangements, piles, asthma, jaundice, diarrhoea, colic and pain in the joints.

7.Eclipta alba (Malayalam �നേയ്യാന്നി - kayyonni)

The leaf extract is considered a powerful liver tonic, rejuvenative, and especially good for the hair. A black dye obtained from Eclipta alba is used for dyeing hair and tattooing. Eclipta alba also has traditional external uses, like athlete foot, eczema and dermatitis, on the scalp to address hair loss and the leaves have been used in the treatment of scorpion stings.
