POSITIVE FEEDBACK

• “Juice Box for Adults” – Older gentleman from 10K Race• New backpack helped a lot while moving around and being

mobile while sampling – Jesse• “The people I was with had graduated college, and hence were

more worried about the effects of hangovers.” – Bay to Breakers• Everyone loves the Wristbands, they like the white ones over

the red ones – Colorado• People are seem to always be skeptical. The new sell sheets

help educate consumers on benefits of Rebootizer as well as making the company look more legitimate.

• “People were very impressed with the success they had with the product the next day, as I mentioned before, these consumers were very skeptical but were pleasantly surprised with how well it worked.” – Brian McNally

• “Several of the people contacted me the next day wanting more and saying, “I can’t believe it worked, I feel like I stayed in all night!” – Brian McNally

• Bar Crawl: “They recommended that this should be a sponsored product for pub crawls and similar events nationwide. I had compliments on the intuitiveness and uniqueness of Rebootizer as a product.” – Matt Was

• “After about an hour or so (after eating), some adults came up and told me how much better they felt after eating a large meal from the many different snacks.” – Matt Was

• “The majority of players weren’t drinking, so they asked about the other perks of our drink. I informed them about all the advantages of our product and they were very happy.” – Derek

NEGATIVE FEEDBACK

• Lots of RBA’s are experiencing their packets have bursted during shipment – making some useless and others must be cleaned so they are not sticky during sampling.

• Pouch exploding.• “Some people were not being very helpful when I asked to

take pics, and they did not like giving me their emails. One girl loved Rebootizer so much she was excited to give her email.” – Lindsey

• “One big problem I noticed was that the powder was not completely mixing with the water. There were still chunks of powder in the water after (shaking).” – Matt Was

• “When they asked about how much it was to buy in stores they were shocked it was so expensive and some they would probably pick buying a six pack over a pouch.” – Grant

SUGGESTIONS• Additional Flavors – UC Davis• Make in larger portion – San Bernardino• Combo with Liquor: “I was given some unique feedback this time

that involved offering specials on bulk alchohol deals (buy 2 cases and receive a complimentary 3 pack) which would encourage people to try the product when drinking a decent amount and hopefully getting them to be loyal customers after trying.” – Brian McNally

• “They wanted it to be something you take in the morning, because they can never remember to drink it at night.” – Grant

• Make keychains good for shotgunning! Make school specific colors for promotional products – Cal

• “Possibly to start trying to get into the sales aspect of the product, its very popular in Chico now and people would like to buy it.” - Bobby

IMPRESSIONS• Super Excited to try Rebootizer – UC Davis• “People clung to it, love the idea of waking up

without a hangover! As always people love the design of the product.” – Jesse

• Sampling at Library: People thought it was nice that Jesse was spending his finals time trying to help others rid stress by sampling Rebootizer.

• “Rebootizer, the new adderall” • Excited because they had finals the next day and

could use the help from Rebootizer and it’s benefits. – San Bernardino

IMPRESSIONS• “SKEPTICAL, once again this group was very concerned

with the outcome of consuming a package, but was then turned positive once they woke up.” – Brian McNally

• “People loved the innovative packaging and I received different questions about Reboot and how it helps cleanse the body… I was (even) approached by grad students to see if I was hiring for Rebootizer.” – Matt Was

• “Some people thought it was a new flavor for caprisun. But then were very pleased to find out they were getting hangover cures for free!” - Kip

• “This is the most innovative packaging I have ever seen” – comment from parent at Grad Party

• Excited to try Rebootizer, because they have heard of it but not tried it yet. – New Mexico

• The older people have more disposable income so they weren’t as put off by having to pay for Rebootizer if it works. - Cal

WOULD THEY BUY REBOOTIZER?

• 10K Race recipients would not pay more than $7 for a single Rebootizer pouch – Colorado

• “The stresses of finals are always taxing on a college student, if either the lack of sleep, the amount of shear stress, or over-indulgence in caffeine. Since Rebootizer worked on all of these, they would purchase the product.” – Jesse

• A bit overpriced – San Bernardino

• “Although I didn’t have any complaints over taste this time, the continuing complain on cost was still there, what I am gathering, the product is simply too expensive for college students.” – Brian McNally

amount of people who know about it, while giving them a place to try the product out for what it’s truly known for; Partying like pirates, waking up like ninjas!” – Jesse

• “A lot of the people were very excited about seeing me because they try to track me down to get samples.” – David

• “One of the men that tried the product claimed he was a small biz owner and said that he would have loved to get in on the ground floor of a product like this. He said he saw it as a very promising product if it was marketed correctly and he could, “certainly see this going somehwere soon!” – Brian McNally

• “I wish the bar would just give you one of these before everyone left for the night, then I wouldn’t mind paying a $10 cover!” – Matt Was

• “One guy had tried Rebootizer before and loved it so he thought he was being sneaky and kept going up and grabbing more pouches to store for later. He was cut off at 3.” - Grant

• “I led a group in the 6 day cleanse leading up to the weekend, and those people thought that they did feel better going into the weekend, and with continued Rebooting through the weekend they felt pretty good every day. Also, while at Shasta I held a Beer Bong Competition for FREE stuff like shirts and hats.” – Grant Allen

• “We had a whole section in the sponsors page of the graduation pamphets. I even overheard a couple parents saying that they wanted to try the Rebootizer. Exposed about 600 people to Rebootizer in one day so that was great!” - Nikki
