SMART GOAL 1Double digit (i.e. + 10%) growth in Math & ELA as per the State end-of-year assessments for MTA, MP, & Accelerator Partners annually.
SMART GOAL 1Double digit (i.e. 15%+) growth in Math & ELA as per the State end-of-year assessments.
SMART GOAL 6100% of staff completion of 2 badges per year annually through 2020.
SMART GOAL 2Merit Prep’s charter probation is extended multiple years to give us ample time to affect a true turnaround by 2020
SMART GOAL 2Demonstrate decreases in RTI tier students performing at "Did Not Meet Expectations" level of PARCC by 10% annually through 2020.
SMART GOAL 7Increase instructional time at each campus for project based learning as measured by x hours annually through 2020.

VISIONOur vision is to turnaround k-12 public education in America.
MISSIONOur students, teachers, school leaders and schools themselves will become powerful proof points for how personalized learning can turnaround public education in America.
VALUESCOURAGEOUSWe rebel against the status quo in education, and this is what allows us to reimagine schools.
INNOVATIVE We leverage technology to create a 1:1 ratio between teachers and students, as opposed to the normal “1:Many” relationship.
TEACHER-CENTRICThrough full-time, on-site coaching, we create a richer, fuller and more engaging and effective experience for both the teacher and the student.
INSPIRING We developed a model around the three key drivers of motivation: autonomy, mastery and purpose.
