- Microwave Ovens 사용시 주의사항

전자레인지에는 금속으로 된 그릇을 사용하면 안된다 . 은박지나 알루미늄박도 마찬가지다 . 스파크를 내며 자칫하면 불이 붙을 수도 있다 . 금속은 마이크로파를 대부분 반사한다 . 따라서 마이크로파가 금속그릇 속에 든 음식에 잘 닿지 못하기 때문에 음식이 제대로 조리되지 않는다 . 이와 함께 마이크로파가 금속 표면에 아주 얇게 흡수돼 불이 붙거나 심하면 폭발할 수도 있다 .이 때문에 전자레인지에 쓰는 용기는 마이크로파를 그대로 통과시키는 성질을 지닌 유리나 플라스틱 제품이어야 한다 .

- 전자레인지의 부작용1. 성호르몬 분비를 멈추게 한다 .2. 우리 몸은 전자레인지에 의해 생겨난 알 수 없는 부산물을 걸러 낼 수 있는 능력이 없다 .3. 그로부터 생기는 부산물은 몸에 영원히 남아 해를 끼친다 .4. 우리 몸에 필요한 미네랄 , 비타민 등의 영양소들이 변형되거나 , 몸에 해로운 성분으로 변질된다 . 또는 우리 몸이 분해할 수 없는 상태로 흡수된다 .5. 야채를 전자레인지에 익히면 암을 유발하는 괴물질을 만든다 .6. 위암 또는 소장암을 유발시킨다 .7. 혈액암 유발물질을 만든다 .8. 면역시스템을 파괴한다 .9. 기억력을 감퇴시키고 집중력을 떨어지게 하며 정서 불안을 야기하고 지적능력을 감퇴시킨다 .
