He has undertaken geological evaluations and contributed to multi-discipline studies for leads, prospects and fields, including well planning and execution involving planning of entire exploration well programs. He has extensive experience in project works of various scales and types and used to liaising with clients to respond to any questions arising during a project.

Stig has focus on Knowledge Based processes and systems, contract drafting, asset negotiations. Stig-Arne has had focus on Spatial Business Analysis with focus on knowledge based E&P processes achieve business goals with use of predictive analysis.Stig is well versed in usage of industry software within geoscience, knowledge management, Business Analysis, Geospatial analysis etc. (SAS (Enterprise miner and Predictive Analytics), SAP, Microsoft, IBM/ Cognos (SPSS Modeler/ Statistics), ESRI ArcGIS (GIS Analytics etc), STATISTICA, and TIBCO (Spotfire)).

He has extensive experience within drilling operations, both in planning and execution phases including exploration well program planning based on risk/ reward.He has wide experience working in within multi-disciplinary project teams as part of evaluation, planning and execution teams within exploration and development.

He acts as coach for individuals as well as companies, utilizing various methods including LSP and LE systems.
